Charming house in a quiet area at the foot of the island of Oléron

Charming little furnished house for 4 to 6 people in Bourcefranc le Chapus in the old town, common before the bridge of the island of Oléron. Very well located, quiet. 1 km from bourcefranc beach, 3 km from the island of oléron, 25 km from rochefort and royan and 60 km from La rochelle.
The accommodation comprises a main room of around 30 m² with fitted kitchen (fridge, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher), a lounge and dining area. 2 small bedrooms (8 m²) overlooking a small street in the village, bathroom with shower and WC. Wooded garden and terrace with barbecue. Laundry room with common washing machine has two apartments. The entrance to the land where the house is located is shared with a studio. The gardens of the two apartments are separated by wooden cloisters, thus privileging everyone's privacy. It is possible to park two vehicles one behind the other on the ground (one per accommodation). Small parking 50 m from the rental.

A côté d'Oleron avec une météo mitigée

Nous avons fait tout ce qui était prévu. Dommage que la météo était un peu capricieuse. Gîte très bien situé sympa et fonctionnel. Avec l'autre location, possibilité de faire des vacances entre amis.

Séjour agréable et calme

Maison très fonctionnelle, agréable. Calme, commerces à proximité à pied. Lieux touristiques à côté max une demi heure. Propriétaire de l'habitation très accueillante et agréable. Location à recommandé pour détente et visites assurées.

ADORABLE PETITE MAISON

Un grand MERCI à Mme Peggy NICOLAS pour son charmant accueil et sa petite attention à notre arrivée. Petit jardin agréablement ensoleillé toute la journée mais une voile d'ombrage serait la bienvenue pour profiter des chaises longues l'après-midi par grosse chaleur. Maison bien agencée gardant une bonne fraîcheur quand on ferme les volets et avec une cuisine trés fonctionnelle même si une notice explicative sur le four aurait été apprécier. Sur les chambres pas grand chose à dire sauf que les lits étaient un peu bas pour nous qui sommes habituées avec un matelas plus épais qui rend le lit plus haut. La buanderie au fond du jardin est un bonne idée et trés pratique. nous avons passées une trés bonne semaine dans cette charmante et agréable maison.

Région authentique .l'eau est partout présente.la nature offre de somptueux décors et la faune procure de beaux spectacles ! On peut faire de longues marches ,aller sur une île à pied et en faire le tour , ou simplement profiter des plages et du chant des cigales ! L'estuaire de la Gironde regorge d'endroits à découvrir également !
