Large living room of 56 m2 with kitchen bar.(microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator)
3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and two children's bedrooms, one with mezzanine and small sofa bed that can accommodate two children, in the other a double bed.

Lovely property, a wonderful area to holiday in and lots to explore. The pool is a saviour on very hot days and the covered balcony made evenings very pleasant to watch the setting sun with the kids. The tortoises were adorable and the kids have not stopped asking for one of their own.

Tolles Haus und super nette Gastgeber!Wir haben dort 2 Wochen im August 2025 verbracht und wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Bei Fragen, konnte man sich jederzeit melden.Als Willkommensgeschenk erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein und Kaffee.Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sogar ein Gasgrill war vorhanden - einzig ein Wasserkocher wäre noch toll gewesen Der Ort Lespignan ist eher bescheiden.Die Bäckerei ist in ca. 9 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bereits ab 6 Uhr geöffnet. Auch gibt es dort einen kleinen „Tante Emma“ Laden…Wie üblich in kleineren Orten Frankreichs, sind die kleinen Geschäfte über die Mittagszeit geschlossen.Vendres ist in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen und hat eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den täglichen Bedarf, welcher sogar Sonntags durchgehend geöffnet hat.Valras Plage liegt direkt am Meer, ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar und hat einen großen Sandstrand.Béziers hingegen ist recht groß und sehenswert, dort lässt es sich gut shoppen und ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.Alles in allem hatten wir sehr schöne und erholsame Tage dort verbracht und würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.Einen großes Dankeschön an die GastgeberLudivine und Brice

Fantastisches Ferienhaus mit großartigem Pool

Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern einen tollen Sommerurlaub in diesem fantastischen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Gastgeberehepaar war super nett und zuvorkommend.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, schnelles Wlan (200Mbit/s), vollausgestattet Küche, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Trockner, grosser TV mit Netflix (allerdings ohne deutsche Sender)- alles inklusive.Außergewöhlich ist der Außenbereich mit großer Veranda und einem tollen Pool (ca 3x7m groß und ca 1,40m tief). Zudem ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden, ein Trampolin und eine Tischtennisplatte. Hinter dem Haus leben 3 Schildkröten, die wir gerne täglich gefüttert haben.Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen charmanten Dorf auf einem kleinen Hügel, wodurch immer etwas (manchmal auch etwas mehr) Wind weht- im Sommer sehr angenehm. Die nahe gelegene Autobahn ist draußen etwas zu hören, was uns nicht weiter störte. Zum nächstgelegenen Strandort Valras ist es eine ca 15minütige Autofahrt. Die Stände waren dort sehr schön und sauber.Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, und ich kann dieses Ferienhaus für Familien nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.Wir möchten uns nochmal bei dem sehr netten Gastgeberehepaar für den schönen Urlaub bedanken.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons adoré la piscine et les espaces extérieurs. Le barbecue était également parfait. Ludvine et Byrce ont été d'excellents hôtes. Les tortues sont adorables et nous avons adoré les nourrir tous les jours. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et y retournerons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour en France.

Séjour parfait au soleil !

Nous sommes ravis des vacances que nous avons passé dans cette location. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très avenant. Wirklich ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage mit 2 Kindern im Ferienhaus und fanden alles perfekt. Ein schönes großes Haus, mit tollem Pool und alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub benötigt. Zum Strand sind es zwar ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, das wussten wir aber vorher. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Haben uns sogar auf die Tour de France hingewiesen, die zufällig durch den kleinen Ort gefahren ist. Ein schönes Erlebnis. Außerdem überall Außen-Rollos, ein Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, und 3 süße Schildkröten hinter dem Haus, die jeden Tag mit Gemüse gefüttert wurden. Ich bin sicher, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen. Danke für den tollen und erholsamen Urlaub an die Gastgeber.

einfach wunderschön

Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Pool, Terrasse sehr schön und großzügig. Das Haus ist toll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch vieles mehr... Spielzeug für die Kinder, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, sogar deutsche Programme im TV. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sehr nett, haben alles ausführlich erklärt und auch nützliche Tipps gegeben. Besonderes Highlight für alle waren die Schildkröten, die hinter dem Haus wohnen. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Vielen lieben Dank an Ludivine und Brice

Des vacances idéales en famille

Nous avons passés de formidables vacances, dans cette charmante maison au calme. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Que ce soit au niveau confort (literie très confortable, cuisine tout équipée, salle de bain spacieuse...) ou au niveau loisirs (la mer à 15 minutes, la piscine, la balançoire, la table de ping pong, la superbe terrasse et les tortues !!!...), tout était parfait ! Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux par des propriétaires adorables. Encore un grand merci pour tout, nous avons trouvé notre lieu de vacances idéal.

Un petit Paradis

Nous souhaitions trouver un endroit un peu reculé et moins touristique que Valras que nous connaissons très bien et où nous pourrions nous ressourcer d'une année parisienne chargée en tant que soignants. Au-delà d'une villa superbe qui offre des infrastructures fonctionnelles et de très beaux volumes pour petits et grands, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer des propriétaires adorables et aux petits soins pour les vacanciers. Forcément lorsque tout est réunit pour passer de belles vacances, cela donne envie d'y retourner l'année d'après ! Ludivine et Brice nous vous remercions pour votre gentillesse et vous souhaitons tout d'abord une belle saison et surtout une belle continuation. Claire, Mickaël, Eléa et Romane.

Un très bon séjour dans une maison très accueillante pour les familles.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette maison. Les enfants ont pu apprécié la piscine et tous les autres équipements qui étaient à leur disposition. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse et de la piscine. Pour résumé, un très bon séjour pour les petits et les grands!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires,la propreté de la maison et la situation de celle-ci. Uiterst geschikte vakantiewoning voor gezinnen!

We werden zeer goed ontvangen door deze aangename gastvrouw en gastheer in deze mooie, nette en goed onderhouden vakantiewoning. Een extra pluspunt is het speelgoed, trampoline, speelhuisje, schommel, basketring en goal die ter beschikking worden gesteld. De woning is ook centraal gelegen om uitstapjes te maken. Wij hadden er een geweldige vakantie!
