About this property

Charming family home by the lake and near the sea

We offer you our dwelling house, ideal for a couple with 2 children. It is located in a charming village of armor in the country ratings at a lake in which to walk (22 KM trail around the lake).
We are also 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint Brieuc and its customs paths for walkers.
The shops are 5 minutes drive to the nearby village.
The house has a small courtyard garden where you can drink coffee.
On the ground floor you can sit comfortably on the sofa of the living room / dining room with fireplace, TV, library, board games.
The kitchen overlooks the summer veranda. We built this space with a small living room / dining room where you can enjoy the beautiful days of the views of the woodland garden. Barbecue and garden furniture are of course essential elements that we put at your disposal.

The floor consists of three rooms: a beautiful master bedroom (160cm) with ensuite bathroom and two children's bedrooms (90 bed), one with toilet / shower cubicle). Our children willingly lend to small guests who wish many toys which their room is full. Possibility to provide all the necessary baby equipment.

The region is very dynamic in summer and offers numerous cultural events concerts, shows, festivals, street theater, markets ... We are happy to inform you and to share our favorite spots.

Nice stay

We experienced a nice stay in La Méaugeon. The house is situated in a very lovely village near the lake. The beatifull coast of Brittany is nearby and very nice, especially the Granits Roses.

Super tolles Haus für unsere Ferien

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin Fabienne ist sehr nett, so dass wir uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt haben und integriert in die französische Kultur, als wir sie im Bücherei-Cafe zu einem Konzert besucht haben. Das Haus ist schön und geräumig, der Garten toll und sehr gemütlich mit Hängematte, Tischen und Stühlen. Wenn es abends kühler wurde, haben wir gern im Wintergarten gesessen. Den Grill haben wir gerne genutzt und die Katzen haben meiner Tochter viel Freude bereitet. Auch der See hinter dem Haus ist herrlich und wir konnten das SUP nutzen und schwimmen ! Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig und urig. Ein Auto oder sonstiges Gefährt für Einkäufe wichtig. Der Wanderweg, der direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt, ist sehr schön schattig und somit auch bei Hitze toll zu laufen. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbraucht. Vielen Dank dafür :-)

Très bel endroit, séjour reposant

Nous avons avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très belle, le jardin est assez grand pour que les enfants puissent y jouer. Le cadre est très reposant et nous a permis de recharger les batteries durant ces 15 jours. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis à notre arrivée et nous ont conseillés des endroits intéressants afin de visiter la région.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit jungen Katzen

Unsere Kinder waren ganz begeistert, dass sie sich um die jungen Katzenkinder kümmern durften. Das Haus ist dafür die optimale Umgebung. Alles war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir sind immer wieder gerne nach Hause gekommen. Für Kinder ist der Garten am Haus optimal genauso wie der Bolzplatz in der Nähe. Und als wir mal eine kleine Glasscheibe zudeppert haben, waren die Hausbesitzer sehr kooperativ. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Fabienne est une hôte très chaleureuse, très serviable et d'une très bonne réactivité. Le linge de maison est fournis La maison est calme est bien situé entre l'est et l'ouest de la Bretagne. Donc idéale pour visiter une grande partie de la Bretagne Nord. Attention toutefois, les lits "enfants" sont vraiment pour des enfants (maximum 12 ans) et non pour des ados. Manque un Micro-Onde

Sehr komfortabel und toll für den Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht, es war wunderbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, es gibt viel Platz, einen Garten, und alles, was man braucht, gerade für einen Urlaub mit kleineren Kindern ist diese Unterkunft ideal. Das Dorf liegt abseits vom Tourismus, sehr ländlich. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt ein Wanderweg um einen See, an dem es auch Bademöglichkeiten gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
