Our house is family and pet friendly with a small yard, fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee bar with all the essentials included. Everything you need to prepare meals and convenient to downtown and the Pantops area of Charlottesville. Off street parking for one car with additional street parking available.

This was our second stay here and we’d definitely return. Great location and well stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee! Bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The only issues this stay was a dirty shower curtain and the toilet made a weird noise when flushed. Great stay!

The property was a bit smaller than expected, but once we got inside, the rooms and space were well laid out. We were not disappointed. We thank our hosts for all the hospitality and the amenities provided. The location was very central to everything around Charlottesville and the surrounding area.

The house was clean, the owners were friendly, communicative, and take care of the property. We met the owners dad who was as sweet as could be. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and any issues resolved quickly (a burnt out lightbulb was replaced by the owner). Very nice property in a super quiet neighborhood! Well-appointed kitchen helped us make some meals. The appliances are all quite modern and worked great.
