Property was as advertised! Spacious and perfect for a large group. My only minor complaint was regarding the quality of the games they provided in the garage, but it was still fun to have them! Would stay there again any time!

Great sized house for family gathering and it was fully stocked. We loved the fire pit! Sadly, we messaged the owner about some broken items and problems with the hot tub, but we did not receive a reply.

The layout of the house was extremely functional for a wedding party of 12. Tons of available parking. Lots of room, lots of available space to have smaller groups use for makeup and hair prep, or just to escape the all the wedding prep. Out host Summer was exrtremely repsonsive and helpful even with my last miniute panic requests. Kitchen proved to be very functional for all the food prep, cooking and meals. Plenty of equipment.The Arcade setup worked great for family interaction. We hosted a few larger groups for dinner and had no problem finding space for them along with extended family stopping by to eat together. This provided a great gathering point for all.Thank you Summer. The house worked extremely well for our wedding gathering.

Great location. Tons of nearby amenities and activities. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was clean, roomy, and had a great patio area with hot tub, grill, & fire pit. The host was extremely kind, accommodating, and helpful. The kitchen was perfect, and the family room was a favorite spot to watch movies & play games. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, and they each felt private for individual space when needed. The host also provides games, umbrellas, and hot tub towels just inside the back door. They truly thought of everything! Loved our stay!!!

We had an amazing time in Colorado! The house was absolutely perfect for our large group — spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everyone loved the layout and the common areas, and we truly felt at home during our stay. It was the ideal setup for gathering and relaxing together. Great house and very accommodating host. Summer even went as far as to help ship back some expensive gifts that we accidentally left at the house and didn't realize until we made it to the airport! The house itself is very spacious and worked well for our group, and was around plenty of food and stores for our needs.

We hosted our adult children and our grand children for our week day wedding on 10/7/26. We also had a large family BBQ that was excellent. We got a lot of compliments on the property and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was super easy to have all of us gathered around the island. The yard was a huge hit for all of us to enjoy as well as the “game” room. That alone was worth using this property, Hosting grandkids can get super noisy for the adults but the game room was perfect for the littles to just be kids laughing, screaming and having a grand time with their uncles and cousins. We never heard a peep inside the main part of the house. Each room has a cute theme and we played that up as we were deciding who should stay in which room. There is a full en-suite bath in the primary, a shared full bath for two rooms upstairs, a full bath downstairs for 4 bedrooms to share and for one whole day that was all the bathrooms we thought we had. NO!!! There is another full bathroom close to the game room and another rather large half bath off the entry. We all got to spread out. The house needs a little TLC with the carpets and the paint etc. but when hosting four full families, we were so happy we can look past that. Summer was super communicative and assisted us along the way. There is a strict noise ordinance that we abided by but did cause me a little stress in my planning but in the end it was not an issue. Perfect home for family memories

Our family had a wonderful stay! The yard, firepit and ping-pong table provided extra fun! The home is very large so everyone had their space but the family gathering area was perfect for a large family! Would definitely recommend for any large group traveling together.

Beautiful property

This property has lots of room. Kitchen is spacious and living areas were inviting. Host made it feel like home. The location of the property is close to town in case you need groceries. Definitely happy we stayed here.
