Queen-sized bed with a pull-out sofa bed (second bed). Walk-in washer/dryer space. Water, trash, recycling, electric, gas, Wi-Fi, and TV are included. Flexible lease length. Many small touches make this a wonderful rental. Bradburn Village is only a 30-minute commute to Downtown Denver or Boulder. This is a no smoking property.

Light, airy and cozy - modern!

Super meticulous and modern; warm design details. A full kitchen and washer/dryer that don't feel out of place in a small place. Private setting. Lots of light. The new urban neighborhood around the corner has everything you need.

The property was great. It was in a convenient area. Close to shops and restaurants. We were helping out with a new baby and the kitchen was great to cook meals in. They had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable.

Perfect Stay

The Carriage House was everything I needed for my 4 week stay. A full kitchen, very comfortable bed and easy access to stores, restaurants and the mountains!! The park across the street was perfect for enjoying breezy evenings with a good book. I loved my stay and hope to do it again next year.

Dream Extended Stay

I could’ve never imagined we would be staying in a place like this and I’m glad we got to! Every single aspect of this Carriage House was absolutely amazing! The host has 100% thought of every single detail that you would need for a stay and she is accessible the entire stay for any questions! Aside from the place being immaculate, the area is absolutely perfect; shops, food, entertainment, close to all commuting highways and stunning views on many nature walks, THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL! We will be back!
