BBR Home - Close to GM pool. Great for Families! Separate rec room and apt.

Newly renovated in 2019 - 5 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home centrally located on a cul de sac at Black Butte Ranch. This property is perfect for families! This home was built in 1978 and we had a lot of fun updating it while keeping it's Black Butte charm.

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths:
2 upper master suites with king beds
1 upper bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds
1 lower bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed
1 lower full bathroom with tub/shower combination

2 family rooms with TV's, games and a shuffleboard table.

Enjoy the well appointed and beautiful kitchen!

The detached apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a king bed. It also has a rec room with a ping pong table and arcade game with 60 retro games included.

This well equipped home is close to both the Glaze meadow and South Meadow pools. This property sleeps 12 people and is perfect for multiple families. We have A/C in the main house and WIFI that extends to both buildings. Everything in this home is newly renovated and ready for you and your family to enjoy.

Black Butte Ranch charges an Access and Community Recreation Fee of 13% of the nightly rate. This access fee is to help offset some of the costs associated with maintaining Ranch facilities and is collected at the time of booking.

This is what I and my family call a Black Butte place inside and out. So it isn't too fancy and its decor matches the surrounding area. Very comfortable; spacious; lots of recreational features (e.g. ping pong; bicycles; Corn Hole, shuffle board, etc); good location; very complete and large kitchen; patio with umbrella-covered dining table plus extra seating; garage freezer, bbq; fire pit etc. etc. Especially goof for a family with a range of ages.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful week in the amazing home. We had 6 adults and three children for comfortably with extra room to spare. The house was gorgeous, well stocked and the perfect location close to the Glazed Medow Pool- we will definitely be back!

We have 2 children and live in Camas Washington. We are an active family that enjoys golfing, fishing, basketball, dancing and having fun!

Why they chose this property

We think you will love this property! It is perfectly located in between both Glaze Meadow rec center/pool and South Meadow pool. We are situated on a cul-de-sac which is great for the little ones to ride their bikes. Our neighbors are awesome - Sarah's sister's family owns the house next store and also rents it on VRBO!
