Fantastic home with a wonderful view of Lake Michigan sunsets. Multiple indoor and outdoor patios to enjoy the daily views. Private beach with plenty of toys for the kids and small watercraft for the adults.We will be back for our 3rd visit next summer!!!!

Everything was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A “nice to have” would be a large secure storage bin under the stairs on the beach where we could bring everything down once (chairs, toys, etc) and then put them back to their rightful places at the end of the week. But this wouldn’t be a deal breaker as the property is great! The house, views, everything perfect! Thank you!

Believe the hype, this property was an absolute dream. We had a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids each age 10) and everyone had a phenomenal time. Sunsets were breathtaking, the private and direct access to the sandy beach (no rocks!) is such a wonderful perk. The house is spacious, very well furnished with plenty of towels (bathroom and beach), multiple beach chairs and two beach umbrellas, cookware and kitchen wares, nice selection of small appliance options, and other excellent amenities. Great indoor and outdoor game selection and opportunities to unplug and connect with each other. Cell service (depending on carrier) and WiFi were quite spotty at times, so just be prepared for that. The owners were wonderful, providing clear and timely communication and provide very reasonable house rules/instructions. We plan to return here for another future summer trip!

Wonderful home, perfect for large families. Location was excellent as was the quality and comfort of the home. Easy access to a beautiful and clean private beach. A variety of beach chairs and toys were available to use, suitable for all ages. I would highly recommend this home!

Great time on lake Michigan

Fantastic property right on the beach. Owner was very accessible and the home was in great shape. Fun game room and plenty of beach and outdoor/water toys and games. We had a great time exploring western Michigan from this location!

This was our second time @ the Burt lake house. It is very clean, spacious & comfortable. Tons of towels. Nice beach chairs & toys (no umbrellas). It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Great for walking & checking out the different shared beach access stairs & decks. This house has very nice beach stairs of its own. Many thanks.

Annual Michigan Triop

It was clear that the owners cared a great deal for the property, but also cared about the quality of vacation their renters had. The property was clean, comfortable and provided everything one might need to have an excellent vacation on the beautiful Lake Michigan beach. Instructions and use of the house was so easy and the trip was an absolute pleasure. A gem on Lake Michigan.

Beautiful Home and Views!

The home is very well maintained and very well stocked. The owner was accommodating and communication was excellent. The only issue we had was that due to a recent power outage the ice maker had frozen up but the owner made us aware as soon and continued to follow up with us on getting someone there to fix it as soon as possible. It was a great, relaxing, family fun stay!

Amazing, will be back!

What a wonderful place! There was nothing at all to complain about, hands down best VRBO property we have ever booked. The beach was quiet as well as the neighborhood. The house was well stocked with everything you would need- garbage bags, paper towel, kitchen items for cooking in, etc. The view was spectacular and with the four porch we were able to enjoy during the rain. Owner was fast to respond to email and the check out was the best I have ever experienced. We booked already for next summer! Thanks again for helping us make some great family memories.

We're Glad We Came Back

This was our second October in a row at this welcoming home. We are three couples who get together for a long weekend to re-bond with one another and take in the fall color. This house has more than enough room for all of us, an extremely well equipped kitchen, and spectacular sunsets over Lake Michigan seen from the comfort of the back room. Next October? It will probably be a threepeat!
