Condo was clean and well-appointed with the things we needed to make light breakfast and lunches. We love the location and have stayed in Majestic Sun since 2020 with different owners, we stay with the past rental owners if available for our next year's trip.

Very nice condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortable beds had everything you’d need to just stay and relax for the week. Grocery store a mile away restaurants also walking distance no complaints at all looking to return in 27. RealJoy also did a great job with communicating with us throughout the entire process. Highly recommend

I stayed here for a week with my family and we couldn’t have been happier with everything. The condo was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, and there were fantastic views. There was plenty to do nearby and lots to choose from as far as food and drinks in walking distance. The host was very friendly and communicative, checking In and out was very simple. 10 out of 10!

Love the location, right on the beach just across one small street that’s not super busy. View is amazing from the dining table and balcony. Very friendly people anywhere we went. Elevators were never crowded or busy. All around great place to stay, we will definitely be back.

On arrival we found that they were doing construction on the building and we were never told this would be going on. This was the first time I had stayed in building B instead of A. The construction crew had blocked off 15 parking spaces in building B. I'm 70 plus and have some health issues and had to park in the building A parking ramp it's a long walk to the end of building B. Plus our view was blocked by ropes and cables from scaffolding the whole stay and they removed our balcony furniture the last 2 days of my stay. They did call me the day before removing the furniture and gave me a little refund for that yet to not know they had work going on and no parking is inexcusable. If I ever return I will never stay in building B and know to ask for a guaranty that no work is going on that would effect my stay. The Condo was fine.

Great place! Our only complaint was most of our friends were on the A side, and we were on the B side. First world problems and my own fault for not double checking! We have never stayed anywhere that had so much there (cooler, chairs, toys, etc). I highly recommend Lucky 7.

Perfect condo at the perfect spot

We had a great time at this place. It was clean and a great location. It is a few steps off of a nice beach and has an indoor and outdoor pool. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was exactly what we expected.

Great views!

This is a perfect condo for a small family with incredible views and close to the beach and restaurants/shops. The indoor pool was perfect for the days it was too cold or stormy out. Coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean is worth it by itself! Had a great time!

Great location!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Location was perfect! The walk across the beach didn't bother us at all. Kitchen was well stocked! Very nice decor! We will stay again! Great experience!

Condo was a bit dated, as is the Majestic Sun building generally and elevators did not always work well. But the beds were really comfortable and the balcony was beautiful!

Wayer tmin main bathroo.

Everything was great. Only problem is the hpt wayer dial in main bathroom only allowed fpr barely hot wayer. We dWaited and did everything the info ssid. Wayer was just varely tolerable.
