Our stay was perfect! The management company was clear with expectations and guidelines and very attentive to any questions we had. This place is SO spacious. I want to add that the closest are huge compared to others we’ve stayed at. It was so nice to fully be able to unpack and tuck away the suitcases. Very convenient location- we walked to the village several days. There’s also a park with a nice playground really close.

Great Getaway!

The home is decorated so well. Two bedrooms with en-suite baths were perfect. One mile from Village and lighthouse. About the same to the beach. The covered parking was a welcome plus and would be especially great during summer. I would advise renting a golf cart for easier navigation. We had no trouble without one, but we were there during spring break. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in St. Simon's! The condo was exceptionally comfortable and clean. It is s fully updated and the beds were so cozy. Perfect location to everything and it's just a short walk to the Pier/Downtown area. The covered parking was great and Emmons Realty made the check-in/check-out process very smooth. Highly recommend this condo, and we look forward to staying again!

A week away at the beach

The property was really great for us. It gave the privacy that was needed and very close to the village and pier. The management co was wonderful because the ice maker was not working and they quickly provided an ice igloo. We very much enjoyed our stay.

What a find in St. Simons!

Great location-close to the village, pickle ball/tennis and the beach. The unit is wonderfully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay- sheets, blankets, abundant towels, pickle ball racquets and balls, cleaning and toiletry products. The pool and work out room are bonus features as well. I would highly recommend this listing!!! Wish I could give it more stars!!

This property was everything as advertised and more! The pictures depict the beautiful furnishings and rooms of this property. It was spotless! The beds were very comfortable! It was an easy, safe walk from here to the village where there are numerous restaurants, shops, and the sidewalk leads to the pier! We felt very safe in the property as it’s a gated community! It was a peaceful, quiet place every evening. It was my first trip to SSI! The accommodations and island did not disappoint!

Property was nice. Very quiet. Seems like a lot of year-rounders. The outdoor deck is very,very small. Basically only one person can be on it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two wonderful months at 406 Harbor Oaks and found it the perfect place for our stay at St. Simons. We were a short walk to the "Village" where there were a number of very nice restaurants, a library, and a lovely park from which to look out on the sound and watch ships. Being that we were here "off season", the weather was a bit cool (low 60's most day) but that means most of the snow birds are further south so not too crowded.The condo was spacious, light filled, clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the pond. The kitchen was rather sparse in equipment but adequate if you do basic cooking. Beds were comfortable. We rented from Emmons Realty who we can highly recommend. We had a couple of small issues (missing toaster, internet outage). I called in the morning about the toaster and within 30 minutes someone was at the door with a new one. The internet outage was caused by a wiring issue that was fixed within a day (in time to watch the super bowl) - once again Emmons responded within an hour to our request.Highly recommend Emmons and this location.
