The property was clean, well decorated, and extremely cozy. We only stayed two nights, but having grown up in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed being steps from the beach and restaurants in the heart of Folly. The complementary snacks were a nice touch and we never grew tired of the views from the porch. We would love to stay again and take advantage of the beautiful kitchen. We will definitely consider staying here again on future trips back home. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!Nick and Row

This was our fourth year at this property. We've already booked for 2027. The Corbetts are excellent hosts! The property is right on the beach and everything is walkable. And the beds are so comfortable!!!!

Our family of 5 had the most amazing stay at this property. There was plenty of room to have moments to ourselves as well as family time. The balcony, view and proximity to the beach can't be beat. We loved absolutely every minute of our stay!!!!

A beautiful and comfortable condo in the perfect location. We loved the large covered porch directly on the ocean within steps of the pier and downtown restaurants and shops. The host responded quickly to texts and we appreciated the little extra touches - bottled water in frig, a basket of snacks, bath products in the showers, plenty of extra towels/blankets/pillows etc. We enjoyed watching the dozens of surfers on the waves as the noreaster up north had kicked up the surf a bit. Always beach available, even at high tide, and extremely wide at low tide.

We have stayed at Seaside Villas 2 many times and will be back. Love cleanliness, ease of check in. Walking distance of everything, a great view of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. We live this condo!

The condo was centrally located. We were able to walk to the pier for sunsets, to restaurants, shopping and the food market. We were able to take sunrise pictures from the balcony which had lots of seating. The elevator was helpful for unloading and loading luggage on arrival and departure. The host had left a bottle of wine and snacks for our arrival. The unit had a lot of considerate touches like lap blankets, shampoo and conditioner, beach chairs, kids games and puzzles.

We can’t say enough about this excellent stay! The condo was directly oceanfront, and we were able to walk to lunch on the pier. Our dinner on the condo’s porch was my favorite part of our stay. Perfectly clean, excellent location, even better than the pictures, and our teenagers really appreciated the bowls of snacks left for us! Truly cannot wait to book again. Would 100% recommend!

This place was extremely clean, great location and everything we were looking for. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here on our next visit. Listening to the waves early morning and at night from our bedroom was one of the best things. Drinking coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful beach made this place such a gem.

Really great condo and the pictures online don’t do it justice! Right on the beach with a beautiful balcony. Well stocked and had everything you can think of. Would definitely stay here again and the owner was great!
