Come relax in this wonderfully updated 3 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo! Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. You will not want to leave this beautifully comfortable condo or the wonderful surroundings of Folly Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The partition between ours and the adjacent porch would be better if it went to the ceiling. We could hear the neighbors every word. We noticed a minor leak from the dishwasher.

Amazing Place

Folly Beach Love

The condo's location is perfect, just steps to the beach and magnificent sunrises and also is close to wonderful restaurants. The condo is well appointed and cozy. I've been visiting Folly Beach for years and this, by far, is the best location.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect place for my group of 6 golden girls! Great location right on the water, comfortable and well appointed condo, small town with good food and cute shops. We loved our trip!

The best beachfront condo value for the money

I’ve stayed at many different properties on Folly beach and this one is by far my favorite. The condo is large and spacious, decor is pleasant, condo is clean, you have your own private balcony overlooking the ocean and the price is comparable to condos way smaller and not as new.

Beautiful view & very roomy

Loved the view and sound of the ocean. The unit was very roomy and clean loved that there was an elevator for easy access. Close to downtown and the pier! Felt very welcomed with a nice drink and snack gift.

great location and view - close to everything especially the beach. Property was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. A very nice kitchen and W/D. Could use some TLC - clear water damage on walls and black mold on master bath ceiling/fan. There are also light bulbs out and most importantly, no battery in the smoke detector which was a bit alarming. A new coat of paint wouldn't hurt either. Biggest challenge was no hot water for our post beach shower - guest bath was being used at the same time as in the master and no hot water. Guest claimed only 1/2 the time was there any during their shower. Fortunately it was so HOT that day that it was not brutally uncomfortable to experience a cold shower. Since we were only there for one night, we did not bring this up to the owner who was otherwise accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful 60th bday getaway with family

The unit has been upgraded from the pic's posted on VRBO, and looks wonderful. Everything was clean, spotless, the view can not be beat. Within walking distance to downtown for shops and resturants. We often walked to Berts. A great place. Thank you for letting us enjoy it!

Family Wedding

My daughter got married on 9/16, and we decided to stay the entire week and make it a family vacation. The condo is in a great location, and we easily walked to Center St to enjoy the pier, shopping and restaurants. The condo is very clean, cute and comfy, and the hosts are super responsive. Can't wait for our next stay!!

Perfect stay on Folly Beach!

Beautiful condo, perfect location with great views, steps from the beach… We couldn’t have felt more at home.. we all agreed it was as if a good friend let is use their home. Each room was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Watching the lightening at night over the water was magical. Am hoping we’ll get to come back with family and friends!

Great location to beach and restaurants!

Unit 102 was a little dated. It could use a bit of updating, but overall a great location and configuration with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We could walk to several restaurants, shops, grocery store, the pier, and even to church on Sunday morning. The beach access is right out the back door. We had access to chairs and other equipment in the storage closet - this could use some cleaning and reorganizing. The weather was awesome the week of Oct 19-26.

Excellent Stay

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The condo is beautiful and clean. The patio is perfect for relaxing and taking in gorgeous views of the pier and ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary items needed so you do not need to take a lot of things from home. The beds were super comfortable. The ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was awesome. Access to the beach is easy and close to the property. Carla and Tim were helpful and friendly in answering our questions. I would highly recommend this property, and we will be back. Thank you for an awesome stay:).

My SIL and I stayed here for a much needed girls trip. The owners thought of everything with even a few surprises that were much appreciated. They were easy to communicate with. We were also surprised to see how the condo had been updated since the pics online. If you love the online pics like we did, you’re going to LOVE it even more in person. Ideal location to walk to every place we needed in Folly Beach. We drove out to Charleston almost daily. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Family Reunion

My family and I come from different parts of the country. The stay at Folley Beach at the Corbett’s was amazing. The unit was beautiful, clean and roomy for the family. The little touches added on to the wonderful experience. We felt like were home. The attention to detail made it all that much more welcoming. We needed nothing but food in the fridge. The condo was very nice with a great view. The only issues were buffering in the tv several times and the one bedroom could not connect at all many times. The porch gave a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view but internet connectivity was poor out there. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in the condo. There was so many things to see and do, including a plantation, Fort Sumter, the USS Yorktown and a buggy tour of Charleston. We definitely would recommend this VRBO for anyone who enjoys the ocean.

Need detailed instruction on operating TVs. After your son-in-law left, we were able to use living room TV with our personal Utube access. Master bedroom TV did not work properly all week (no cable connection?)Sliding glass door in living room difficult to open and closeTowel bar in queen bedroom was under sink with hole in wall where it should have beenDishwasher leaks slightly at beginning of cycle. Seemed OK for rest of cycleThis all being said, we love the unit as evidenced by rebooking next year. Great location and beautiful view. One suggestion-a Keurig would be welcome addition.
