Casual living room has seating for 8 with large wood-burning fireplace, TV, and music. Relax on the beautiful front porch, or on the back patio, under the shade of a large beech tree, overlooking pool and back yard. 1600 square feet with central air conditioning, cable, wifi. Walk to beach, and close to Orient State Park, Orient Village, and marina. Short drive to Greenport and wineries.
