Very clean 3/1 house 4 blocks to Jax Beach. Minutes from Mayo Clinic and Baptist Beaches Hospital.
We love the location! Only 4 blocks to the Pier. Walk, bike or drive to the beach activities and restaurants. All the services close-grocery store, doctors, veterinarians, dentists only a few blocks away. Mayo Clinic approximately 4miles away.
Located in a residential neighborhood- suitable for families and groups. Plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy but not suitable for parties/loud music.

Location is decent. You’ll be close to area attractions. The rental itself could use some work. New beds would be a major improvement. This place needs a good clean up and new furniture. I booked based on the 9.8 review rating….its more like a 5.7 (at best).

The house was older but had been updated. It was very quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and dishwasher with detergent provided. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the comfy chairs in the evening. We were close to many place. We would definitely stay again.

The abundance of household supplies was great, the location was good, unlocking and locking the door was a scare and struggle, and the lack of an outside play area for the accompanying four boys gave them time to find the indoors many dead large and small bugs. The demand of our time for the reason we were in Jacksonville did not yield the time for us to request a different home. However, prior to our arrival removal of insects and a mowed lawn would permit my considering staying at this VRBO again. Adding outdoor play equipment for kids would icing the cake.
