Kathy was amazing! Her and her husband Buzz were great hosts and communicated to us often. The house was perfect for our girls trip. One thing we loved is that they plugged in the house lights on the front porch every night so we returned to a lit house. We thought they had the sweetest touch. Hope to return again!

Quaint, quiet and exactly as pictured. This is true coastal living at its best. I have rented several VRBO‘s across the USA and Kathy was by far the most warm and welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Looking forward to coming back here again and again. It is very close to Dock Square, walkable if you like. It’s not too far out where you feel like you are away from civilization, but it’s a very very quiet street. The rooms are spacious and the home has everything you need. We came during the fall. The weather was perfect- temperatures were 50s to 60s and the fall leaves were changing colors. There’s plenty to do in Kennebunkport and surrounding small farm towns. We also took a drive to New Hampshire and back the same day.

Absolutely wonderful! The house is adorable and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and so close to downtown. The hosts are the nicest people I’ve ever met and made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend staying here

Vacation Land

We had a great trip! Kathy (owner) was super helpful and friendly. The property was perfect for us. Plenty of room, clean, well-equipped, quiet, and also within an easy walk/drive of lots of attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay!!

We loved the property manager who was very thoughtful, accommodating ,helpful, caring, and there for us any way possible!!! The property was charming, very clean, and well equipped . It was a great location and we can’t wait to go back!!!

Best ever!

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and I believe this place was the best. The house is cozy, clean, fully stocked, and beautiful! The location can't be beat: close to downtown but very quiet.

Visit for Prelude!

We had a fantastic stay at this house- in a great location about 15 minute walk to town with sidewalks the whole way! The house was clean, charming and spacious and Kathy was the perfect host! Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay with Lovely Hosts

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Kennebunkport. Kathy and Buzzy were amazing hosts and we so enjoyed meeting them. The house is in a perfect location, walkable to Dock Square but tucked away enough to not feel busy. We can't wait to get back there again!

Lovely House

The house was very comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities one might need. Wonderful stay and equally wonderful hosts who live next door and are very attentive to anything you need. Will definitely be back!

Perfect place to exhale

Kathy and Buzz were so lovely to rent with. The house is charming and spacious with every possibly necessity. We loved being a couple minutes outside of town but so close to everything! We can’t wait to return next year!

Beautiful home in convenient Kennebunkport location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Kathy and Buzz's beautiful, well appointed home in Kennebunkport. It was conveniently located on a quiet street not far from Dock Square and was highly comfortable for our party of 6. We would gladly stay there again on a return visit to Southern Maine. Wonderful house situated walking distance to town (0.8 miles) and an easy bike ride to a sensational beach (4.8 miles). The place couldn’t have been nicer, nor the hosts more welcoming. Me and my whole family had a sensational time.

Exceptional property

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

Comfortable, clean home

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable for our whole family! Kathy was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is located on a quiet street close to downtown Kennebunkport. We felt right at home!

Great Vacation Home
