Beautiful garden suite in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the Presidio. What a gem this property is. We had a peaceful stay at this very private unit after visiting the city. The host was a very responsive and this unique property exceeded all expectations.

Location is amazing. The outside garden is beautiful, private and relaxing. There were extras like a library separate from our room. I have no suggestions to improve. It was better than expected.

Our stay was amazing! The room was very quiet, clean and spacious. I LOVED having the choice of the garden or library to sit in to read and enjoy my time. The neighborhood was safe for walking on my own; I am gluten free and there is a Cafe just up the street!We rented a car so we used the Hotspot parking app, there was always a spot outside the vrbo.

Beautiful property. Large bathroom with plenty of storage, walk in large shower, and plenty of hot water. Queen bed was comfortable. Street parking is tricky—read signage and it is paid by meter or app. Area felt very safe. Attached courtyard accessed by French doors was a wonderful oasis.

The property was lovely. Unfortunately the host was rude when we first arrived. Upon booking I tried several times to select “1 adult and 1 child” but it continued to default to 2 adults. So I mentioned in an email that I’d be traveling with my daughter. Once we arrived and the host saw my daughter was a child (she’s 12) there was no “hello” or “welcome” it was an immediate gasp of “oh we don’t have children stay here”. Once I explained how I tried to be specific upon booking, she went on to say how she’s had kids almost fall out the window. What?!! I’m sure if I was white, she may have reacted differently. I had to actually ask if she was going to let us stay or do I need to get my money back. All of this in front of my daughter whom she never acknowledged with a hello. She did later apologize but if of course left a bad energy for the rest of our stay. Beautiful spot but rude woman.

We had a wonderful stay here from beginning to end. Communication was good and check in was easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were many. The beautiful backyard garden was the icing on the cake. As for the neighborhood, there was street parking right out front and good restaurants and nice shops close by and at the same time, the room was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Springer!
