Escape for your next family vacation to St. Augustine and A Wave From It All, our magnificent home located just a stone's throw from the ocean's edge! Built in 2014, A Wave From It All offers over 2600 square feet of comfortable living space, including 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The home also features a private pool, an elevator, and multiple spacious decks designed for you to relish every moment of the Florida sunshine.

The first floor functions as either a space for gathering, or, if there are those that would like a bit more privacy, it can also serve as an in- law suite. The area is equipped with a queen bed/bath combo, a roomy living area with a large sleeper sofa and a flat screen television, a dining table and a refrigerator and freezer. There's also easy access to the pool deck. Outside on the pool deck there is plenty of seating plus a propane grill. Pool heater available for additional $250 fee

On the second floor, you'll find the rest of the bedrooms, highlighted by a beautiful master bed/bath combo that offers access to one of the home's outdoor decks. The second and third bedrooms share a split bathroom, and have a twin bed and a queen bed, respectively. The bedroom with the twin bed also has a pull out trundle bed. All linens and towels provided!

Join family and friends on the third floor and make lasting memories! Featuring a large, open living space, a full kitchen, dining room table and a deck with an ocean view, you're sure to reconnect with loved ones. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset dinner on the top deck, which features not only ocean views but several seating options.
Or, if you're in need of an escape from the noise, retreat to the pool patio for a little rest and relaxation.

A Wave From It All was designed with your next family beach vacation in mind. Pair it with St. Augustine, one of the country's most picturesque and charming towns, and you're sure to have a trip to remember!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
