This artistic recently refurbished Italian Villa is full of old world charm and nestled near the magnificent red canyon lands of southern Utah. Your Tuscan escape awaits you in the largest resort Villa that comfortably sleeps 12-13 people. We have a pack and play if you have a baby or toddler. It’s located in the master walk in closet and you can place it where ever you want in the resort. We are the closet property to the clubhouse and outdoor pool!!. Every detail is meticulously addressed in your fully stocked Villa. We take great pride in offering you one of the best maintained and cleanest properties onsite! Benvenuti nella nostra villa!

Comfortable home with 3 bedrooms as represented. Owner was easy to contact. The condo available ammenities were also thoroughly enjoyed. Made visiting the Zion park area fun and enjoyable. I would stay there again.

The Villa

The property is beautiful, and a wonderful place to stay with family. My only issue was the address location on VRBO was about 20 miles west of where the property is actually located

Family trip to Zion

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and felt like home. We were traveling with our 4 teenagers and they had the best time at the pool and playing tennis! We will definitely consider staying here next spring when we visit the area again.

Welcoming and Cozy Villa

MY FAMILY AND I LOVED THE VILLA!! It was incredibly welcoming and cozy, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay and Christmas vacation. The host, VeLeah, was exceptionally friendly and reliable, always available whenever we needed assistance. Excellent stay!

Overall a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed in all areas of the house. The gym and pool were a nice bonus! Host was VERY responsive and pleasant! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Perfect in Every Way

This villa has been decorated with love, care, and attention to detail. It truly is amazing. It has comfortable couches and beds! The patio is wonderful. Communication is top notch. This is our favorite VRBO. The entire complex is exceptional.

Work & play weekend in Hurricane

We primarily were just looking for a decent place to stay for a work event in the area and booked the property as it fit our needs for number of beds and price. Once we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations and the amenities. Everything was on hand for cooking breakfasts and dinners plus is was comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Tuscan Sun.

Fabulous stay!

Under the Tuscan Sun was exactly what we were looking for in a New Year's getaway. It was the perfect location for hiking in Zion National Park (45 min drive) and enjoying restaurants and amenities in St. George (10 to 15 min drive). It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and every detail attended to. The address is Hurricane but it seemed almost equal distance between Hurricane and St. George which was perfect for us!

Fantastic host

Our stay was great! The welcome treats were such a nice touch. We visited Zion each day we stayed, and just a heads up, although the address is in Hurricane, it is on the outskirts and so a little farther to Zion than expected. It was still an easy and scenic ride to Zion. Hopefully management purchases some additional furniture for by the pool, that was the only downfall. Overall, we’d stay again and would recommend this place!

Our property is the closest property to the pool and clubhouse. We have spent money rehabbing and furnishing our villa. We believe it to be one of the nicest units in the resort.
