The location is walking/biking distance to popular island restaurants such as Halyards, Tramici's and Certified Burgers and popular shopping boutiques in the Sea Island shopping complex (Gentleman's Outfitters, SOMA, Talbots and G.J. Ford Booksellers). There are also wonderful biking trails in the area!

Parking is available for 3 vehicles. Please do not turn around in the neighbor's drive. Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starting Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
