About this property

Newly renovated home nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside the heart of downtown. Conveniently located right off of I-15, making getting up and down the Salt Lake Metro a breeze. Only 5 minutes from historic downtown, Temple Square, LDS Conference Center, Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Mall, Vivint Arena, and all the best restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer. Walking distance from the Green Line TRAX station for an easy 10-minute commute to/from the airport.

GENERAL:
New furnishings and decor to elevate your stay. The beds and linens are brand new as well to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. High-speed internet is available for those working remote, as well as Central Heating and A/C to keep you comfortable during all times of the year. Fresh linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, an ironing board, and a steamer are at your disposal.

Great location and home

This was the perfect fit for our business trip to Salt Lake. More than enough space for just myself and coworker. It definitely beat being in a hotel for almost two weeks. Great location for getting to downtown. I would definitely stay here again. Remodeled great look. Claudia the host is very responsive to questions.
