This Condo is located on the ground floor of Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral. Less then one mile to Port Canaveral and less then 2 to Cocoa Beach Pier.
Enjoy the day on the private beach in sunny Florida by just stepping out you door every morning.

This amazing updated one Bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a murphy in the living room and a pull out sofa in the bonus room. The bathroom has been updated with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink was added in the bathroom to allow someone to be getting ready in the bathroom while someone can get ready for the beautiful sunny day in the vanity room which also contains a sink and a large vanity counter.
Full size kitchen with a sit up bar for 2 and a dinning room for 4.

The location and proximity to the beach was amazing. I loved waking up every morning and walking across the boardwalk to the beach and watching the sunrise. We walked every night after the sunset finding sea shells, jellyfish, crabs, star fish. Our family came over from Titusville and enjoyed the beach with us.It was a much needed relaxing Christmas vacation.Check out Salty Gator e-bike rentals too. We had an amazing ride on the beach.

Private beach. Watch launches from the beach. Condo has everything you need. Cooler for beach, chairs, sand toys. Games and books to read. Host was super nice and easy to contact. If we go back next year we will definitely stay here if it is available.

Fun trip to the Ocean

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo was very inviting and we felt right at home. It's just a short walk to the beach and ocean and also to the condo pool. We definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!!

Wendy Collins. I am in my 40s and love the beach life. I have been traveling to Cape Canaveral for the last few years visiting family and fell in love with the area. Since owning the condo I have loved the area so much I left PA and I moved to Cape Canaveral and still use the condo to visit the beach whenever I do not have renters.

Why they chose this property

I decided that my daughters and I would love this as a family vacation home. I decided to open it up to rental when we are not there to supplement the cost of our vacations allowing us to use our own condo more.

What makes this property unique

I believe the location being right on the beach makes my vacation home one of the most desirable places to visit. If you decided to visit and you love the quiet beach life you will definitely find it be unique.
