This property was perfect for our week long trip to IRB. Great location with a beach view. They have everything you need. The location was close to a couple of restaurants and walking distance to the beach. They have beach supplies and beach towels. Very clean. Will stay again in the future.

This place is clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. It was a perfect size for our group of four. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a decent closet with hangers but no dresser or shelves. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking but does not have a lot of serving platters, bigger bowls or storage containers. You can see a bit of the ocean from the deck! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The building itself is older, but this unit itself has been updated. Happy to find non-toxic cookware, and plenty of kitchen ware for food prep and table service. This unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and had plentiful bed and bath linens. The deck seating was ample and comfortable.This is a lower unit with upstairs neighbors. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were great bonuses! To get to the beach, you walk across a gravel parking lot to the corner, cross a well-travelled road, through another parking lot to public beach access 21. At the beach in less than 5 minutes!We were there end of March....clean beach with white sand and many shells, and not overly crowded.
