Located on the corner of Kanekapolei and Ala Wai Blvd, you are moments from the Ala Wai canal and green belt for its enjoyable walking and jogging, watching the paddlers, and enjoying our tropical breezes. And the Ala Wai has the free parking option ( Please Read The Signs - & note first come first served and it can get busy).
You can walk to the beach and all Waikiki attractions. Hotel Parking is available thru the front desk for additional costs.

Might work for a short stay

There were 2 things I liked about this property: 1) The view was stunning, 2) The bed was good. The description of this room was not correct. It says it includes a 2 burner cook-top. It was a 1-burner and very tricky to operate. You could either burn your food or undercook it--no in-between. It did say "some kitchen prep tools." Emphasis should be on "some" since there was no can opener, no sharp knife, and no egg turner. We requested those things and were given this canned reply: Unlike a hotel, we do not provide refills for consumables such as TP, garbage bags, shampoo and other toiletries etc-- we start off all guests with the same amount of toiletries no matter how long your stay. If needed, please feel free to visit your nearby ABC store or local grocery for these items. If you plan to stay for a few days, this works. We stayed 3 weeks and it was a challenge. We ate out much more than we planned because of this. The electricity went out one evening shortly after arriving so I called the "24-hour answering" to request assistance. I received no reply. We had no electricity for one whole night. The next morning I went to the front desk and the clerk had someone from the hotel come up and solve the problem. I finally texted the property manager and let him know it was taken care of--he hadn't replied to me yet. We did not receive that "aloha" hospitality that we have been so used to when going to Hawaii. We will not stay here again for sure.

Waikiki Visit

The property is a bit run down. It’s not exactly like the pictures, but close. It was clean on the surface, but needs a really deep clean. The bed was clean. The sofa had stains. Overall, not bad. Communication with the manager was great and super easy check in.

Nice location

The place was located in a clean and nice neighborhood that was within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, it was easy to find free street parking.
