This unit is 150 steps from the beach and features two stories with 2 private balconies overlooking Stewart Lake offering tranquil views and tropical landscaping. The interior offers an open floor plan great for entertaining and direct access to the screened-in balcony from the living area & master bedroom. There is a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and updated appliances & lighting, breakfast bar and pantry. The lower level conveniently has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and guest bathroom.

Enjoy breakfast with a lake view before heading over to the emerald waters of the Gulf! Have lunch at Whale's Tale and cocktails at sunset before returning to your home away from home. This newly updated unit has plenty of room for your family to relax! There is a triple twin bunk space located upstairs. There is also a huge master bedroom overlooking the lake, and an incredibly spacious master bath and separate water closet and shower.
Seascape has ample amenities to indulge in such as tennis courts, basketball courts, an 18 hole golf course, bike rentals and... you are right across from the pool area. Situated near the back exit of Seascape, you will have EASY access to Scenic 98, where many restaurants are located. You can walk right across the street to Whale's Tale! Stay in Seascape Lake Villa 215 and never leave the property!

Amazing stay!

This condo was great! So clean and the washer and dryer were a plus! The walls were pretty thick, we never heard any of our neighbors! Over all we will stay again in the future!

Lake Stewart Seaside

Overall the condo was nice but the microwave needs to be replaced the turntable doesn’t work. It looks like they’re trying to do some updates there’s some newer appliances in the unit which were very nice but overall the unit needs some TLC in regards to cleaning and updating things like paint, sheet rock, trim etc. Overall the location and unit were good, not great.

Nice but not clean

This is a spacious condo that suited our family’s needs. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, and the washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, it was not clean when we arrived. The bedding in the top bunk smelled like urine as did the sofa pillows and blankets. Additionally, the sofa bed had quite a bit of food crumbs in it. Although the building is old, the owners have updated and decorated it to allow for a comfortable stay. The cleaning service; however, should make an effort to do a better job.

Great location,

Great location - literally 2 minutes to the beach. Property was equipped with everything that was expected. Ample space for a family of 4. Living spaces were clean. Now the negatives: Not as new and good looking as the pictures. The showers/tub are old (clean but old). Needs a few repairs here and there but nothing major. The balcony could have been cleaner. The furniture was worn out. Again, we loved our time at the beach though the house could use some improvement. Really if we were disappointed, it was because the pictures made it look really exceptional. The reality was not too bad but I would say the price of the property is a better indicator of property quality than the photos displayed.

So I rented this property as it was the only one I found in my price range & for the number of people in my party(not worth what I paid!) The check in was terrible as no instructions on arrival were given. Then we had to purchase quit a few things for the place as they weren’t available, ie trash bags, toilet paper, extra towels & other items I figured would have been provided! The bunk bed area was hot especially when you used the dryer. A fan was available but didn’t do any justice! The place needs a bit of touching up & I was getting bitten by who knows what! The place is in a great spot but could be renovated. The pictures in the profile need to be updated on the website. The chairs in the dining room need to be replaced or fixed as they were loose. Wish I had great things to say but honesty is the best advice!

When you sent in a request for these on your check in date, we informed you that they were probably in your spam folder. We also include in our instructions and our rental agreement that we provide starter supplies like toilet paper, can liners, paper towels. These items are just to get you started and guests are responsible for the remainder of their stay. We would have been happy to address any of these other issues you found if you had contacted our maintenance line during your stay, but will be happy to pass this feedback along to our maintenance team so that we can take care of now. We do hope that despite these issues, you had a great vacation.

Never Again

Our experience renting this property was not a good one!! While I commend the owners for starting to update the property, the walls were very worn and dirty, ceiling popcorn coming off and falling, what looked to be blood splatter in the master bathroom in the right corner of the toilet. Drippings of dried liquid around the master bed wood frame, particularly bathroom side by the foot of bed. Sofa bed had bugs in it, my son couldn’t use it. Didn’t have any bedding for him(do have pics of this). Sliding living room door is missing a latch to be able to lock, front door very loose anyone could break in really easy, all there is, is a chain to stop someone from gaining access. This property definitely needs to be finished updating and cleaned thoroughly before renting again, if not, I just feel you guys are taking advantage of peoples hard earned money by under-delivering! I should’ve listened to the reviews of the property that I read, and went somewhere else. The photos also do not show the property in it’s true form. This is just one experience out of many, but if enough experiences like ours keep happening, that is not good business. So I will say thank you for getting us in the rental, but we are left with a sense of disappointment with Seascape, Best Beach Getaways, and its properties Best Wishes, Chad

Maintenance Problems & Not Accurate Description

I have to admit that I was sucked into this place solely based on the description and pics. That was not exactly what we got. We got a combined twin bedroom in with the master bedroom. Only a shower, not the jetted tub that was promised. As soon as we got there, we could not utilize the air conditioner. The HVAC system did not work. I called maintenance and they said they were aware of the problem and are waiting for a part. 2 days before we left they supposedly fixed it. It worked for less than a day and went out again the night before we left so we ended up being hot again that night. They did not bother to alert us of the problem before we drove 10 hours down. They knew the HVAC system did not work. I was on the phone way to much with the maintenance people for this to be called a vacation. They did not give us enough silverware so we had to call them and then they brought us some. They did not give us enough sheets for the couch bed. The couch's bed felt like you were laying directly on springs which was super uncomfortable. The pantry door was not on its slider so basically we had no pantry door the whole time. The slide door handle from the upstairs bathroom broke. Looked like it had been installed improperly and kept hitting the wall when closed. Basically this vacation was a wash for us. I also tried to reach out to the manager of this unit with no response. Will not come back for sure!

We enjoy the stay.. we stayed 6 nights We loved the walk distance to the beach. The property is nice but I do believe it needs to be more clean. My other complaint is that the mattress on the first floor it’s so uncomfortable.

Nice condo boy as described

We had a nice time here. Location was great. I used the messenger on here and never got a response. There was someone else’s clothes from a previous person in draws. This makes me wonder how good it was cleaned. There is NO JETTED TUB. there isn’t even a tub for the master. The couch was broken sunk in, in the middle. The bench on the master balcony was broken as well. I think this is misleading when it comes to the bunk beds which are located in the same room pretty much as the master so parents can’t get alone time much. Overall it was a pleasant stay but misleading description

Family beach trip

The condo was not as clean as I expected especially with COVID-19. We ended up having to contact the rental property manager because there were lots and lots of ants. They did come treat and that remedied that problem. Things were a little run down. Was definitely not as crisp and clean as the pictures showed. Location was awesome! Quick walk to the beach. That made up for the other things.
