The hot tub really only worked one night while we were there and we paid more for that convenience. We also only had 4 towels for 4 people. The place clean.

Brian, very sorry you experienced this issue. This is the first time this summer we have heard about an issue at this hot tub and have not had another report since. I looked back at our correspondence and the only message I received from you was that the hot tub was working fine to which I inquired if there was an original message about it not working that I was missing. My apologies for any confusion.
