Welcome!

Enjoy a cup of Lancaster County coffee on the back porch and watch the sun rise over the pastures. Our quiet location is ideal for those who wish to relax and unwind. Great for families or those traveling for business alike!

We are conveniently and centrally located between York (9 mi.) Lancaster (20 mi.), Hershey (30 mi.), Gettysburg (40 mi.) and Baltimore(60 mi.).

First floor accommodations can be provided by request for those who can not use the steps.

A spacious yard offers room to for the kids to run and play, but on rainy days they can check out the toy box, read books or watch a movie.

Our home offers contactless check-in. Each guest will receive a unique code that is good for the length of the stay.

Guests have access to all living spaces.

Full kitchen is equipped with the cookware basics and appliances. We even supply you with Lancaster County Coffee Roasters coffee!

Please note that we do not provide a washer/ dryer, however there is a laundromat less than one mile away (Long term guests - please inquire regarding other options).

Clean, comfy and very spacious accommodations-perfect location for our son’s wedding close by! The house had everything we could possibly need as well as some special touches like a coffee and tea supply, plentiful games and puzzles, a lovely outdoor area and more. Nicole was a thoughtful and kind host who guided us toward the perfect rehearsal dinner location and made other restaurant and shopping recommendations as needed.
