Cute little place, perfect for a business trip

Great overall, plenty of towels for the beach showers. Kitchen was pretty basic, no oils or spices or anything, but not a deal breaker. Walking distance to Publix, in a seemingly nice neighborhood. Overall a great place to crash on our business trip.

Island Time House is a home away from home with a tropical vacation mode. We no longer offer spices or any food items due to people concerned about food allergies and individual choices. We are located within a very short walking distance to supermarket, restaurant, coffee shop, pharmacy and banking. This location is ideal for guests to purchase personal items of their choice.

Wonderful trip!

This was our first getaway since the strike of covid! We had an amazing time. The home was very well kept and the owners were wonderful with responding to messages I sent. This was a great budget-friendly rental and my family loved it!

A Great Trip

It is a great place!!! Easy in easy out. Location was great, close to restaraunts, grocery store and close proximity to the beach. House was perfect. We will be booking with them again for our next trip to St. Pete!!!

Perfect retreat from winter

The home was the cleanest we've ever rented. Centrally located and near Seminole Lake Park and Florida Botanical Garden. Great places to walk, relax and enjoy Florida. We are not beach people, but the Gulf is very nearby.

Quiet, convenient location

Three siblings rented the house for 2 months. Lots of room in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, a big yard and a very nice host to work with. We're hoping to return next year.

A cute little place

This house was just perfect for what my sisters and mom and I needed. There were 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and it was well kept. It had a great location, with anything we needed a short drive away. Elsa was very accommodating, answering any questions I had promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place and hosts!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Island Time House. Elsa was a lovely host and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. The house is conveniently located to many beaches and other activities and is very well maintained. The pride and care she and her husband put into the house to make sure it is enjoyable for their guests is evident as soon as you walk in. We loved the Caribbean flair throughout the house and attention to detail. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit the area!

A great house with everything you need.

2021 Florida Vacation

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Elsa’s house. The house is very clean, has all you need for great vacation - well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a lot of beach gear. The back yard is lovely and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Lovely house

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Clean, and tidy. Bathrooms are large and the entire house is handicapped accessible. The backyard was very well kept and a nice place to sit at night and enjoy a glass of wine. The house is not “on the beach” but is only a few miles from most things. We had a great stay and Elsa is a fantastic host.

Perfect place for a family

Really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed for Thanksgiving dinner cooking. Great backyard. Was not aware it was a handicap accessible house but that was not an issue. Only issue was the medicine cabinet hung out a touch to much over the sink in the master bath. Made it a little awkward brushing teeth. No doubt we will stay there next year.

Great place for a spring break stay

We had a great time staying here. It was clean and the owner was great with communicating with me throughout our stay. It was also a great location to the beach, places to eat, grocery stores, etc. I would recommend staying here when traveling to Seminole.

Cozy, comfortable and absolutely relaxing.

Big pluses were the availability of beach towels, ice chest, chairs and totes for trips to the beach. The BBQ and the beautiful back yard surely made you feel like you were "On Island Time". Elsa was very responsive to any questions we had and checked to make sure things were going well every day.
