If you’re familiar with Gem Beach, you will immediately recognize the Island View Condominiums. You can’t get a better location to the beach. This charming, newly furnished and renovated two bedroom unit is the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation. This second floor unit has all the comforts of home, a wonderful view and an ideal location. Two queen beds plus a sofa sleeper.

This is a great location to use as a home base to explore nearby Cedar Point, Put N Bay, Kelley’s Island and much more. A short walk to Gem Beach Marina.

Great time on Gem Beach!

Another great week at Gem beach. This is the fourth time we’ve rented the same place. Brian is great, very responsive. Location is amazing. Sunrises on the porch, steps down to the beach without having to pack a cooler or worry about the bathroom.

This is our 3rd year coming to Gem Beach. Best location you can get, right on the beach. No need to lug all your coolers and beach gear. Owner provides beach chairs. Don't forget bed linens and towels!

Wonderful!

This is the 2nd year that I have rented this condo for the week. It brings back wonderful memories since I stayed here as a child 60 years ago!!! The views of the Islands are amazing, The clean beach is right at your door. We enjoyed watching the young families with their children playing in the shallow waters. This place offers “easy living” on beautiful Lake Erie. A true gem of an area on Gem Beach! We will be back…(Sandi Knuth)

An incredible spot !

The condo is built on one of the the most incredible places on the North Coast! Island View is the perfect name! The area maintains the look and feel of yesteryear… quiet and welcoming! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Nice location, great beach

Beautiful view, great beach and location. Unit fairly clean except the rugs need attention. Bedrooms are small, beds hard to make. Use sleeping bags:) Owners have put hooks everywhere to hang clothes on as no closets. Kitchen is well equipped but directions for coffeepot would have helped. Found the Mr Coffee machine above the fridge on last day. Grill too far away to use. No table by it.

Fabulous

We have spent many years at Gem Beach having owned a cottage there and this condo is fabulous. The view is incredible and beach just down a set of steps. It is a perfect beach especially for small children because the lake is very shallow for a long way out. Kitchen was well equipped and we did not want for anything. Would recomend this condo to any beach lover.
