This house offers an open floor plan, modern & fully stocked kitchen, and standard appliances. Washer + Dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, with en suite private bathroom (walk-in shower). Plenty of closet storage. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is across hall from second bathroom (tub/shower). A bonus bedroom is available for additional sleep space (twin bed). There is a full deck on the rear of house, complete with grill, seating, and large screened-in porch. Perfect spot for remote work, bird watching, or reading novels! There is hot water in the enclosed outdoor shower at rear of home, for rinsing off sand brought home from your fun days at the beach! Large grassy back yard. Propane Grill. WiFi for Smart TV.
