Very comfortable house, located in Domaine en Ré (set of quiet villas) Close to the sea (accessible by a path or also by road). Collective swimming pool 12x7 m in the area (open from June to September) equipped with a children's pool.
Common tennis courts in the area. Games area (ping-pong) in front of the swimming pool and WI-FI access under the covered courtyard.
In JULY / AUGUST rentals are from SUNDAY to SUNDAY.

This pretty house has a main living room of 21 m2, facing south with fully equipped kitchen area.
Separate entrance from the house (by main door or by the garden gate). Ground floor area of 44m2 with one bedroom (bed for 2 people (140) and a mezzanine under the ridge (height at the highest 1.50m) with a large bed (160) 2 people and a bed for one person (90). Comfortable and neat bedding.

Fabulous week in La Couarde

We were after a relaxing quiet holiday but with plenty of activities during the day and we were really pleased we stayed here. The location was perfect at this quieter spot of the island, with the best beach. The cottage was comfortable and we loved it. The pool was super clean and we had it to ourselves whenever we went. We didn’t try the wifi there. I didn’t realise our garden was private from the photos, this was a nice welcome surprise! We bought food from the market and ate in nearly every meal, and had everything we needed. We did kitesurfing, paddleboarding, cycling, shrimping, sightseeing, geocaching and went on a tour of the salt marshes. Thank you so much for your welcome Fabienne and Michel. Königspaar und drei Zwerge

Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen prima, die anderen 3 Personen, die noch unterkommen sollten, müssen Zwerge sein oder sich kriechend zu den Betten im Dachgeschoss bewegen. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet.Unser Auto parkte auf dem Grundstück und unsere Räder ebenfalls. Den sauberen Gemeinschaftspool haben öfter benutzt. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wünschenswert wären noch dichte Fliegengitter an beiden Seiten, so dass bei Hitze Durchzug möglich wird, ohne nachts von Mücken geplagt zu werden. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche mit viel Spaß und guter Erholung.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien située (à 5 min a pied de la plage et à 20min a pied du centre de la couarde) dans un domaine au calme. Piscine très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir!
