Full South, Magnificent View, Family House With Swimming Pool (8 pers)

Located in Cavalière, quiet, in a private estate 5 minutes from the beach, the house offers breathtaking views of the bay, Cape Negro, Cape Benat, the islands of Port-Cros and Levant .

For your relaxation from June to September, you can enjoy the swimming pool of 8m x 4m, and several spaces (summer living room), terraces. The pool is not heated, it is open from June to September only.

4 rooms are at your disposal to comfortably accommodate 8 to 9 people.
The house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Upstairs: entrance, dining room overlooking the terrace facing the shaded view (store) equipped to take meals, living room, kitchen, separate WC. Corridor serving 2 bedrooms with views and terrace access, 1 bathroom (bath / shower), another separate WC.
Side kitchen, small terrace with large electric griddle for grilling.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms on one level, one with its own bathroom (bath and toilet), another bathroom (bath), a separate toilet, a laundry room. Summer dining room under the patio.
Access of full foot towards the terrace of the swimming pool.

Very charming old villa with splendid views over the sea. Close to the beach, a five minutes walk. We spent a week with another family a had a lovely time. The communication with the host was very good.
