On 2 floors, with steps up from the entrance area leading to South facing FAMILY ROOM with comfortable seating, log burning fireplace, pool table, flat screen TV w/ DVD player. Adjacent dining area with large table and chairs.



Fully furnished and well equipped KITCHEN, including all cooking ware, breakfast bar, ideal for a self-catering holiday, American fridge/freezer with ice maker, wine cooler and dishwasher. Sliding doors from both Living room and Kitchen open onto a large veranda with dining table with chairs and gas BBQ. Beautiful 180º views from Lagos to Luz and over Boavista Golf Resort.



Steps down lead to pool area with a fully private sunbathing terrace. Several sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture for your leisure. The pool has a polygonal shape approx 6x4m and can be heated on demand.



All 3 bedrooms are downstairs and all have flat screen Sat TV.



BED 1 master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite full BATHROOM. Direct access to pool terrace. BED 2 and BED 3 have two single beds that can be turned into a large double bed, and fitted wardrobes.



Separate SHOWER ROOM with walk-in shower. Upstairs Guest WC .The villa has Air Conditioning with reverse heating system and additional underfloor heating throughout ideal for Winter lets.



Further details outdoors:Several sliding doors lead from the villa out to the mature landscaped garden and pool area. Patio furniture under the covered terrace provides the perfect place for al fresco dining on warm evenings.



A sun terrace surrounds the inviting heated swimming pool*. This is accessed by steps and has a pool-side shower.



Baby cot & high chair or xtra bed for an older child available upon request.



Mid week maid service included.



The villa is situated on Funchal Ridge with panoramic views of Lagos and Praia da Luz bay and only a few minutes, drive away from both. However it offers the unique advantage of remaining secluded in a tranquil & peaceful location. It is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.



Lagos is a fantastic town in the western Algarve that can certainly be enjoyed by all age groups.



Praia da Luz has a beautiful sandy beach and some excellent restaurants situated on the promenade giving stunning sea views. For those wanting to play golf, there are several championship golf courses nearby including Boavista Golf Club & Spa, Parque de Floresta & Palmares Golf Club.



For the more adventurous there are many water sports widely available including water skiing, surfing & wake boarding, or you could go trekking, horse riding or micro-light flying.



There is a motorway linking Faro to Lagos so the drive to/from the airport takes just under one hour.

Great house but no aircon in bedrooms

We loved the house but it was hard to find from the address they gave on google. We arrived late the first night and When we got there it was great to see they had left food for us but that was only because the dishwasher wasn't there because it broke and they removed it to fix it. (Not returned) That was ok and we understood that. In 2 of the 3 bedrooms the aircon was broken it looked like it hadn't worked in a while. I mentioned it to the property manager but she only talked about dishwasher i also text her about it no reply. They had but fans in the 2 rooms but the weren't cooling so it got hot in the rooms. If the aircon was working we would go back as everything else was great. But i feel it was miss described because of that. The cleaners came in twice a week and the pool was cleaned once a week which was great

Lovely views , good location

Property in nice area although on a hill, walking around is a little steep. Views over Lagos and Luz next to motorway but not noisy . Bedrooms a good size , upstairs living good with pool table . Facilities good although BBQ needs replacing ! Pool area nice with sun beds and private. Nice villa and would stay again

Hillside Casa

We loved are stay. Having never been to Portugal we rented a car at the airport to visit the towns. Directions to the Casa Redonda were easy to follow. The house is on hillside with beautiful views. The kitchen is large and well laid out if you like to cook. We did ask for the pool to be heated as it was the end of April. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor with sliders opening to pool patio. Nice! TV in bedrooms and upstairs in living room, loved the pool table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend vehicle to get around,as the location is out of the town of Lagos but not by much.

We loved the location of the villa. It was a beautiful place for our vacation.

The staff were very helpful throughout our trip. The house is well stocked with supplies, and the rooms are comfortable. It felt quite safe. We loved the views from the balcony. If we were to go again, we would just be sure to request the pool be heated! We would have loved to use it more. Otherwise an excellent place to stay

Beautiful home in a wonderful location!

This home was great for our family of five. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and was cleaned mid-week as well. Lovely garden area. The property management company was responsive and friendly. We appreciated the binder of local information that was left by the owners (it was our first visit to Portugal). Beware, this home is located high up in the mountain so rather steep driving and not within walking distance to any shops etc.; however, the location was perfect for our first visit. I would highly recommend this home!

beautiful house in a beautiful part of the world

lovely, very high quality house, set high on the hill overlooking both Lagos and Luz. House has 3 genuine large doubles and a brilliant walk in rainfall style shower, in addition to a nicely appointed en suite. Top floor with great views, inside and outside dining, great pool table and a good sized and well equipped dining kitchen. Add in a great BBQ, full length glass panelled balcony overlooking the pool and sun deck, amazing! Lagos is a beautiful town, lively and cosmopolitan, good value with diverse cuisines and just 5 minutes drive away, brilliant. If you like watersports, scuba available in Lagos, Luz has lots of options too. kayaks, jetski, paddleboards, all reasonably priced too. This was our first trip to the Algarve, will be back for sure!
