lower ground location, ULTRA SAFE.
washing machine, separate dryer, dishwasher, kettle, full cooker.
Elegant cutlery, nice utensils etc- The flat has everything
We decorate at least twice a year as we use it ourselves.

ADVERSE INFORMATION:
1. It is 40sqm ----- Not 100 sq m not 200 not 300!
2. The bedroom has a Blind and curtain- hence a bit darker - The reason behind it: Travel a lot, Can only sleep when its dark. You can wind them up if you wish
3.No pretentious descriptions here----- what you see is what you get.


Good stuff
1.We will bring and leave outside the door cup cakes and pastries.
2.If you are staying for longer than 1 week we will be provide weekly housekeeping service and fresh linen and towels Weekly
3.. We will make sure that there will be flowers, fruit , toiletries, eggs, milk, mineral water, coffee, teas yoghurts and a bottle of wine !
4..We will respond as soon as we can to all your needs




( It was bought for our eldest daughter when she was 16 !!! 16 years later All our 3 daughters have lived there at some moment individually )

Great stay at a great location

Spent 9 nights at Sloane Square and days exploring the city. The close proximity to the district and circle line (and buses) made for easy transit. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in this area too. Accomodations worked well for us. They were clean and comfortable. We even enjoyed having a few meals in the apartment as eating out can become old.

Sloane Square in Chelsea is a very special location. The flat is very nice and functions very well, on a very nice street. So close to all sorts of wonderful shops, restaurants, etc. etc. and a terrific price/value.

Location, Location, Location!

What a wonderful flat in the BEST location! We came to London for the ELO concert which was sadly canceled but we made the best of it and did London things for a few days. The 2 minute walk to the Sloane Square Tube gives you access to the entire city but the neighborhood is so great you may just want to stay there! The flat is adorable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It’s hard to believe you're in the middle of an enormous city. We will be back, for sure!

Stylish bijou in beautiful Chelsea SW3

The apartment is very stylish and cosy, exactly as described and located within a walking distance to Harrods, Sloane street and kings road. Chloe is a great host , the apartment was very clean and the mattress is very comfy Will be back soon

Bijou

We found this accommodation to be in a great location to get around with ease - 3 stops on the train to Westminister. Sloane Square is a lovely town with some boutique shopping. The owners were very friendly, accessible and easy to deal with. They were also helpful with suggestions on where to eat and some places to visit. Would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bijou place. The owners greeted us at the tube station and made sure we were comfortable at the place. The pantry and refrigerator were nicely stocked, and we had food for the first few days, super thoughtful. Mid-week kids received a treat of cupcakes from the owners. Overall, great place, a wonderful location. If I am ever in London, will definitely consider staying there again.

Extremely cute place

We had a great stay. The area around the apartment is amazing the apartment is great as it says on the description , ideal for 2 people but anymore than that will be tight. Chloe is fantastic and extremely helpful, she prepared all sorts of lists like restaurants,supermarkets and much more. Looking forward to seeing you next year. Thank you.

Very safe , fantastic location , and surprisingly high ceilings . I found the apartment to be very clean with a comfortable large bed and nice linen. The fridge was stocked with milk fruit coffee. Lovely flat, that is the perfect size. Great location for ease in getting around London. Great neighborhood feel, Sloan Square is close, Duke of York Square is even closer and great people watching. The flat is warm and welcoming and so are the hosts! It’s beautifully decorated and maintained. Arriving to a stocked fridge and bottle of wine was a wonderful touch after a long, late flight. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely book again!

Location, location, location!

This property is located just off Sloan Square which may be the best location in London. It's also a tremendous value. The host is charming and makes sure that every one of your requests is granted. He furnished the flat with fresh flowers, fresh fruit, yogurt, coke, water, and even a candy bar. It is a basement flat, so it's somewhat dark, although it has abundant lighting. It's just hard to beat the price and the location.

Bright, modern and well located

We loved our stay in this apartment. It's the first time I've stayed in this part of London and it is now my favourite area. Yes, it's a small basement flat, but it's bright, contemporary and well designed, and had everything we needed. We also found it to be great value for this location. The fresh flowers and fruit were a lovely touch. The owners were helpful and responsive at what was a difficult time for them. When we noticed there was no toaster they very quickly bought a new one and dropped it off for us. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hosts in the perfect location

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. We are a family of three with two adults and one child (11). Our daugter slept on the pull out couch and it was so nice having the separate bedroom space to sleep in as she is an early riser. The location of this property is great and had the personal touches of home to include fresh flowers which were beautiful. It was quiet at night but yet walking distance to great local restaurants and grocery stores and tourist attractions. We walked everywhere to enjoy the city but it is very close to the tube. It was so handy to have a washer/dryer and kitchen which we used daily. It was well equiped and even had some extra staples for us at check in which was so nice! Kris was so welcoming at checkin and gave us so much information about the property and location/recommendations. This was our first trip to England and we felt right at home. Thank you for everything!

Great Stay in a Wonderful Flat

I had a wonderful 10 day stay at Kris & Chloe's flat. The location couldn't be better - just steps away from Sloane Square Tube Station as well as numerous excellent restaurants. Be sure to check out Partridge's in Duke of York's Square for terrific prepared foods as well as groceries. The flat itself is spotlessly clean and just the right size for two people. The bed is very comfortable and my traveling companion told me the pull-out bed was great as well. The washer & dryer work quickly, simply & efficiently. The flat was fully stocked with everything anyone could possibly need for a comfortable stay - all sorts of food, towels, kitchen pots / pans / dishes / utensils, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc. Kris is a very welcoming, helpful and communicative host. Trust me, you will not easily find a better "value-for-money-spent" vacation flat anywhere else in London.

Left out on the street

The owners cancelled our reservation without any notification to anyone. This left us standing in the street with our luggage struggling to find a place to stay in London on a Saturday at 4 pm at the beginning of the week of the Chelsea Flower Show. With the help of a good Samaritan we wound up at a hotel costing considerably more. Despite any excuse given, this complete absence of consideration resulted in great grief and anxiety and expense, without even an apology or remuneration, beyond a refund of costs by VRBO. So despite all great reviews, if real, these owners cannot be trusted!

That’s not true at all. Due to a family incident I could not come over. This is the ONLY time in my life with VRBO that I could not meet guests. My phone was stolen . I had left the keys under the mat but Despite the fact that you had the full address , you COULD NOT find the address. I find this impossible to comprehend as of you ask anyone anyone around Sloane Square they would have told you that my place is 2 minutes walk from there. I rushed to come down as soon as I heard of your predicament but you had already gone. I MEET up All my guests and I insist on meeting up with them for over 10 years now. I apologise for any mix up and the inconvenience that it may have caused you but I insist my address is extremely easy to find f

holiday in London

London stay was great but the apartment left a LOT to be desired! There are VERY steep steps to get to this basement apartment. The apartment is small, but that was to be expected...(although I cannot imagine more than 2 people staying... one is best!) I was surprised at the condition of it! They definitely could spend some money on it. The ceiling in the bedroom is caving in. The bathroom is in desperate need of refurbishment. The shower leaks all over the floor. The windows are sealed shut. It is VERY expensive for what you get. Barely enough (small old) towels/linens for one person. The only positive.... The location is second to none!

Small flat in lovely location

The flat is as advertised; small, decorated tastefully, in a fabulous location, and has all the essentials that make our stays with VRBO worthwhile over a hotel (separate bedroom, washing machine/dryer and kitchen). FYI- they have scaffolding around, and are doing renovations on the three buildings to the right of the flat- which would not be an issue except they were banging and doing construction on it beginning around 7 am each day. Minor annoyance, especially for the first couple days trying to adjust to the time change. Overall the stay was lovely, we felt like locals, and enjoyed the flat as our homebase. Easy access to tube, restaurants, shopping. Quiet neighborhood, other than the construction.

Thank you so much . Apologies about the adjacent properties - we were not informed, It is not building work... but compulsory maintenance- for all period building-, that occurs for each and every building in London ONCE every 10 years-- When our building was refurbished at the beginning of this year, I stopped renting out for the 3 weeks that building maintenance takes place. I apologise but I was not informed. I will keep an eye out for 2027 !!! when the next maintenance is due. I am delighted that you loved the apartment and this fabulous area Kindest Regards

What a Find!!!!

I can't think of enough superlative adjectives to express our delight with this gem of a flat. It was EXACTLY as described. The pictures did not lie; it looked exactly as we expected it to. In fact, it felt larger than one would think given its compact footprint. Chris and Chloe are remarkable hosts. Chris was there to greet us and left the refrigerator stocked with goodies to get us started. The flat itself was warm and cozy. The bathroom, while small, has the perfect layout and affords plenty of room. There was plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fresh roses were a lovely touch. The bed was perfectly comfortable, as were the pillows. As for the location, we were only a stone's throw from where we lived during our expat assignment in London, so we already had a good handle on the neighborhood. We will happily return and hope the flat will be available the next time we are in London. Thank you!

Schickes kleines Appartment

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes 2 Zimmer Appartment mitten im Leben in Chelsea. Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigeren Wohnstrasse. Wir haben zu dritt als Familie dort übernachtet. Das ging prima. Alles nötige inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner ist in der Wohnung. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer kann mit 2 Personen genutzt werden, ist aber nicht riesig, ich denke 1,4 m. Dazu komnt die Couch im Wohnzimmer, die als Bettcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung.

You simply buy/rent location and Prestige in all its glory

EVERYTHING IS within a few minutes walk


It is like " MARMITE" !!!
You either love the area and all its pomp
