Just steps away from beautiful Kamaole I & II beaches, a wide range of restaurants, shops and activities make this convenient location a perfect choice for your Maui vacation. Listen to the rhythm of the waves and feel the gentle ocean breeze as you relax in this tropical paradise. Kamaole Nalu is a small resort, with a friendly community feel. At ocean's edge, a spacious lawn, complete with lounge chairs and tables provides an ideal setting to bask in the warmth, look for turtles and whales, catch up on reading or work on your tan. The six story building has a central elevator and stairways at each end.

The master bedroom offers a new, spacious King bed, flat screen TV and an updated, private bath. Wake to an ocean view from your bed.

A Queen and Twin bed in the second bedroom allow this unit to easily accommodate up to 5 guests. The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, which gives guests in both bedrooms privacy. Both bathrooms feature new vanities and stone counters.

New bed linens and towels purchased 2022.

The fully remodeled kitchen features stone counters, new cabinets and appliances. Equipped with all major appliances and essentials you'll feel at home. The open design allows easy interaction between kitchen, dining, living area and the lanai. Enjoy spectacular views while you prep meals and beverages. Plenty of seating options, outside dining for four, causal seating for three at the counter or four at the dining table inside.

The living room and both bedrooms provide flat screen TV with expanded cable channels.

Free Wi-Fi and long distance calling within United States & Canada

A washer and dryer are located in front hall closet of the unit for your convenience.

This unit does not have A/C. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and main living area. Open the lanai doors and let the ocean breeze cool the condo.

Provided for guest use are 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a small cooler.

There are 2 gas grills and a pool on the property for guest use.

Parking for 1 vehicle is provided. Parking spaces are narrow, so we recommend compact cars.

I loved this place!

Amazing location!

The views and location were incredible! Snorkeling with turtles a few steps away. We could spot whales from the deck (binoculars provided in the unit) and the sunsets were spectacular. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. No A/C but not needed with the windows open, the cool breeze was perfect. At night the sound of the ocean waves was the best. Very quiet, clean, firm beds, over all very comfortable. The use of beach chairs was great and with Auntie Snorkel close by renting other items was easy too. I would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was close to everything - restaurants, stores, activities. And right between the 2 best beaches in south Maui. We had fun watching the whales from the lanai.

Highlight of the trip

We stayed at 6 spots while island hopping and this was declared the favorite by everyone in the family. Great location, fun area, great beach, and amazing views! Can’t wait to return some day.

Great Stay!

We had a great time! The property is amazing and the location can't be beat. The property manager was exceptional and very responsive. Sunsets, whale watching, and turtle watching from the lanai was the best ever. Located between two great beaches was amazing. Loved our stay and would come back.

Awesome Location in Paradise

Beautiful views and convenient access to the beach. Loved watching the waves roll in from the master bedroom and lanai. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely perfect!

Great beachfront location

Oceanfront location is amazing. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers all provided. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Close proximity to stores, restaurants. Property manager, Julie, very helpful and responsive when we locked ourselves out. Would definitely stay again!

Terrific Beach Vacation condo

Highly recommend this condo for it's location with easy access to the beach, stunning ocean views, and small fshops and cafes nearby. The condo building has a small and friendly feeling to it with staff and many other guests owners and long term renters. This unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. Five stars.

Memorable vacation in the perfect Maui Condo

My family and I had an amazing time at this perfect location. The condo was just right for our family, with everything we needed to be comfortable, including beach chairs etc. I can't say enough about the location, between the balcony and it's views, the beach next door (best I've ever been to) , the pool, the grassy area in front of the condos (perfect to watch a sunset) and the daily visit of sea turtles!! The condo helped to make our stay in Maui amazing!

Fantastic! Amazing Views and Convenient Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was so convenient - stores, coffee shops, and restaurants right across the street. The views can't be beat with this unit. Simply amazing. We saw turtles and dolphins from the deck! So nice to be able to spend time at the beach and have homebase so close. If our family of 5 is lucky enough to visit Maui again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect for our needs..was worried about not having air-conditioning in July..trade winds were amazing..location was amazing..condo had everything we needed..the only thing off was the floors were not clean an easy fix but we shouldn't have had to clean them..other than that ..loved our stay

Nice condo, great view, everything was easy

The condo was great. The unit checks all the boxes including providing beach chairs and a beach umbrella which we used extensively. Fantastic end unit pointing directly at the ocean and beach. There is no AC unit so 4 stars overall because of that. We needed to keep the windows wide open all night to stay cool enough, which then let in the sounds of crashing waves waves as if we were sleeping on the beach, which was kind of cool but didn’t make for the best night’s of sleep. Fun restaurants right across the street and the adjacent beach was great for both sitting and swimming.

A great location!

This is a great condo. The location is steps from the beach. The view is wonderful and sitting on the lanai is magical! The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The bedrooms are good sized with dressers and closets. The beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler were really appreciated. The condo is across the street form some restaurants and shops. We really liked Maui Thai Bistro and Maui Taco. We were comfortable with no AC with the windows open and the fans but the sound of the waves in the oceanfront bedroom might bother a light sleeper. The other bedroom was quiet.

Great location with amazing views

You can't beat the views from the balcony as you're right on the ocean overlooking Kamaole II beach. The beach has very soft sand and was never crowded, plus there was great snorkeling right outside the condo (near the rock pile that separates Kamaole I and Kamaole II-- we saw several sea turtles and a lot of great fish & colorful coral). Restaurants, souvenir shops, and a grocery store are all just a short walk away. The unit itself was functional although a little tight for five people (especially the bathrooms which are both very small). The couch & chair cushions & pillows in the living room are old & worn and probably should be replaced soon. No A/C (which we knew ahead of time) so you have to sleep with the windows open, but that's not a bad thing if you like hearing the ocean waves while you sleep. Good communication with Julie from Maui Roost while were there, and I appreciated getting an extra hour to check out on the day we left.

Best Location in Kihei

My husband and I along with our 17 year old daughter and her 17 year old friend stayed in this condo for 3 nights. It has the most spectacular views. Best condo in the complex. There were plenty of towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, kitchen supplies and small things of shampoo, conditioner and soap which were all very appreciated. We new the condo was going to be not air conditioned which was fine as there were a lot of fans and we luckily were there when it was not blazing hot. The wind pick up something fierce each afternoon and kept the condo very airy. This condo is walking distance to so many restaurants, stores and shops, we rarely got in the car. The condo was slightly dated.

All about location.

Overall a great location and a place I would consider staying in again if the price was right. We got the unit at a discount because the elevator was under repair. There is no AC(which the listing is clear about) but when we went in September the famous Hawaii tradewinds were not much to keep you cool. We were sweating at night when trying to sleep, all the rooms have ceiling fans as well as two stand up fans in the unit but none of them work particularly well. That being said you cant beat the view, being able to walk down to beach to snorkel and swim with the turtles.

Perfect location on the beach of Kihei

We stayed Kamoele Nalu over ten years ago. We returned this year and chose this unit July 2023 because it was on the corner facing the beautiful ocean. Everything was great. Central to most everything. AC would make this unit even better but we were aware there was not AC before booking this. There are ceiling fans and fans though. Everything you need is in the unit, which makes it so easy to stay - beach chairs, towels, one boogie board (someone probably left), a few coolers. TV’s in each room, mini shampoos, conditioner, soaps. We used the washer and dryer a few times. Nice that a smoothy/coffee/açaí place is right across the street. We lucked out and had no rain during our visit. Maui is beautiful and we drove all over! Be sure to bring a sweatshirt to go to the crater.

Best Spot in Kihei

We’ve stayed at this condo development a few times. Best location and view in Kihei. This unit is in one of the best locations in the building. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped especially compared to some of the other units our friends were staying in. The unit was a bit dated but great value for location and size.
