Mother Daughter Spring Break Trip to Paradise

What an adorable and cozy little villa in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the short walk to the beach. If you enjoy a quiet beach vacation, it’s just perfect! It was very close to Grace Bay as well so only a short drive to town and some nice restaurant choices. We cannot wait to come back.

Awesome! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The living space is small but the price is right! It’s Turks- you will be outside all of the time anyway! It was in such a nice area- loved the super short walk to the beach! Thank you for offering a reasonably priced housing option

Ok for Turks

The online pictures show that the place is spotless, and when I checked in, the guy was amiable and explained everything to me. Then I didn't have hot water. The guy came the next day and he fixed it for that day but the following day I didn't have hot water again and so it went with hot water. Most of my stay I took cold showers. Then the cutlery were very old and didn't look clean so I was grossed out to use it. Everything else in the kitchen wasn't usable. The knives were rusty. My linen had big yellow stains on it. And I found ants in the house one was even in my bed. The inside the bedroom is tinny I didn't really enjoy my stay there.

This review is untrue and not accurate. Villa was newly built and finished late February. All bedding and towels are brand new. Kitchen items including cutlery are brand new. New appliances, bowls, dishes etc..; everything was purchased new. Client made no mention of ants during her stay and we still have not found ants in the villa. Client tripped a breaker for the outdoor shower hot water. We have never had this issue again since her stay. Client did not go without hot water. Client did leave stains on the floor, sand all over the villa and also suggested that we needed to use her sister as an interior designer. This villa is very quaint and charming and is a very short -1 minute walk to Grace Bay Pelican Beach. It is very similar to our other guest house which is a football throw away. Both villas are wonderful for two people.
