A clever mirrored wall brings the ocean right into your living room, creating a seamless "all-around" water view.

Modern features include stainless appliances, a new designer sofa (2022), and a custom pub-height deck table perfect for beach-watching.

The primary suite offers a queen bed, while charming built-in hall bunks are a hit with the kids.

Perfectly situated within walking distance to the shops, dining, and vibrant energy of Coligny Plaza—the heart of Hilton Head.

The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.

1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted on the balcony.

2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property. Sea Side Villa will charge a $500 fine for violations.

Beach is right there and very easy to walk to but the greenery on the dunes adds to the beauty. Saw a deer family. Not diminishing the incredible view in both directions from the corner balcony. Best view ever. Also sunlight disappears quickly to provide a shaded and dry balcony. No better view is possible!

Condo is a corner unit and has a balcony with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. It was comfortable and clean. Just a walk along the beach to restaurants and fun outdoor beach tiki bars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great for two people. Easy to get to the beach and a great view from the condo. The sunrise is worth getting up for and just makes the coffee taste better. The communication and instructions were informative and simple. Oh yeah, might have some wild life wandering around.

Everything about this unit was great! The host had all the information we needed in a timely manner. The decor was beachy and relaxing. The view was beautiful. We visit HHI often and stay at the Villas. I hope that we will be able to secure reservations for this unit again.
