A large living room with a 140 cm Murphy bed for 2 people and a 140 cm convertible sofa for 2 people. The main room opens onto a beautiful 15 m² terrace with its living room, ideal for family meals enjoying a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
A fully equipped American kitchen.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Services included:
Parking inside the residence.
Free access to the swimming pool within the opening hours and depending on the season.
Free access to the golf course and tennis court.
Maintenance and basic food products (salt, pepper, oil, etc.).
Our friends the animals of small sizes are welcome in compliance with the rules of the condominium.
