Composed of two levels:
1st level: entrance hall giving on a vast stay dining room cathedral of 60 m2 opening on a broad terrace of 45m2, cooks very equipped, a parental suite air-conditioned opening on the terrace, SDB with Italian shower and tub
2nd level: 3 large air conditioned bedrooms each with bathroom and toilet, each room opening onto the garden, laundry room
Garden (1200m2) without any vis-à-vis, with terraces, fully fenced, swimming pool with alarm (4. 5x11.5) and large beach pool, deckchairs, badminton, table tennis, tree house and swing .
Ability to enter 4 cars with direct access to the house
You will appreciate the location of this villa, near the main places to visit and close to all amenities, just 3 km from Golfe-Juan and its beaches, the SNCF train station and buses, 5 km from the center of 'Antibes and 6 km from the center of Cannes, 20 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the motorway entrances / exits of Antibes.

Great house, perfect for kids, loved that the pool was not easily accessible for the kids. The AC was good in all bedrooms, everything worked. This was a great spot with an amazing view - will be back for sure!

Propriétaires très sympathiques qui se sont renseignés sur nous en tant que famille et sur l'arrivée directement après la réservation et les ont reçus à l'arrivée. Bien que l'agence n'ait maintenu aucune communication, nous pouvions appeler les propriétaires à tout moment avec de petites questions et communiquer avec eux en anglais et en français. Grande maison avec volets entièrement électriques et protection contre les insectes, belle piscine et une vue unique sur la mer, la terre et la côte. Proche du centre de Vallauris et des belles plages d'Antibes. Très calme, emplacement exclusif, voiture requise.

Séjour idéal

Nous avons pris la location pour quinze jours pour six adultes et trois enfants. Cette maison d'architecte est de toute beauté. Le confort y est maximal. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et le repos est garanti. La vue sur la mer est un régal à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. La piscine en contre-bas est bien aménagée et le jardin étagé un peu sauvage est plein de charme. Cette maison est près des commerce et du centre de Vallauris, la plage la plus proche de Golf Juan est facile d'accès. Les propriétaires se rendent disponibles pendant tout le séjour et sont charmants. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans ce lieu de vacances.
