Old fisherman's house located in a street overlooking the beach about 100 meters, at the town hall square and therefore without vis-à-vis. It includes a sunny living room with a sitting area overlooking the garden, dining area on the Town Hall Square and kitchen. Some original furniture has been kept as the dining room and the buffet.
In enfilade, bathroom with shower, sink, separate toilet; then a small children's room with two bunk beds, wardrobe, window, and finally a small parents' room with a bed 140, wardrobe and French window giving directly by a door window on a privative closed garden. This private enclosed garden is in lawn with outdoor dining area, barbecue and sun loungers.

Grandcamp-Maisy ist ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort mit täglichem Fischmarkt und ideal um von hier aus Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wie beschrieben ist das Meer nur 70m Meter entfernt und der kostenlose Parkplatz auf dem Rathausplatz vor der Tür perfekt. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Die Räume liegen im EG alle hintereinander, also alles Durchgangszimmer auch das Bad. Das relativ schmale Doppelbett im letzten Zimmer war erstaunlich bequem. Das separate WC entpuppte sich als WC im Bad nur mit einem engen, nach oben offenem Holzverschlag umbaut.. Wenn man über 1,70cm groß und evtl. korpulent ist kann man das WC nur bei geöffneter Tür nutzen da es einfach zu eng ist...(was bei vertrauten Mitreisenden einigermaßen okay ist). Das Haus roch etwas feucht und leicht muffig und bei Starkregen tropfte es an einer Stelle dezent durch das Flachdach ins Bad. Den vorhandenen Garten haben wir nicht genutzt da das Wetter zu unbeständig war aber im Sommer kann man hier wunderbar sitzen und grillen. Fazit: Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt da wir für uns waren und wir nicht empfindlich sind was Ausstattung und Komfort betrifft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons était accueilli par Bernard, une personne très agréable et très sympathique. La maison de pêcheur est très bien et correspond à la description qui est faîte dans l'annonce. Nous y retournerons surment lorsque que nous reviendrons dans la région.
