Villa with terrific mediterranean garden located next to beaches and mountains

You will understand at first sight why we fell in love with this villa. It is surrounded by a magnificent Mediterranean garden of 1000 m2 with its ten species of palm trees, citrus fruits, olive trees and of course its swimming pool and separate plunge pool. Choose the sweet and quiet life in the sun or in the shade out of the sight of neigbors. In the late afternoon, the sun illuminates the sandstone of the summer kitchen, this is the perfect time to have a drink and prepare the BBQ.

The interior was completely renovated in 2021: There is a spacious living and eating room with large windows overlooking the terrace. The table can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is also new (May 2021) and fully equipped.

At the mezzanine level (open space) a bed of 140 cm (sleeper sofa with additional top mattress) with access to the large covered terrace of 53 m2

The whole house is air conditioned. You have a WIFI inside the villa and in the garden, the TV is equipped both with an internet and a satellite receiver for ASTRA (channels in English, German, Spanish).
Also at your disposal an additional shower room, a washing machine and dryer.
The ground is enclosed with a wall and there is enough space for three cars.

You will dispose of the whole property for your stay.

Prior to handing over the keys a deposit of 1000 € is requested to be paid by wire transfer on the owner's account. The deposit will be fully reimbursed within 7 days maximum if no damages were caused.

The villa is located right next to the village center of Puimisson, an old village of winemakers.
