Very nice property with all the amenities. Amelia is very courteous and responsive. Pool is located only steps away. Bedding and Furniture were very nice as well. I highly recommend this location.

Very good experience. Nice quiet community and near the beach. Home is very peaceful and close to many eateries, the town center, gas stations, and convenient stores. Will definitely reside on this property again.

This home was perfect for my family beach vacation. Short walk to beach. Amenities were awesome and came in handy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Home was cozy and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was also nice! Close to restaurants and grocery store.

Great place, exactly as described. The beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and wagon were so convenient and made it so we didnt have to pack so much. All the extras throughout the house were a great addition as well. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Destin! The condo truly had everything we needed to feel right at home—it was thoughtfully stocked and comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived.The location couldn’t have been better. Being just a short 5-minute walk to the beach made daily trips to the water effortless, and having the pool only steps away was a huge bonus, especially for our family.We made so many great memories during our stay and genuinely felt like this was our home away from home. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Destin!

This home is exactly what we wanted for our trip. From being extremely clean and comfortable to all the little extras like beach towels and chairs were thought of. We had close proximity to the beach for an easy walk. We loved our stay!

It is an amazing place to stay! The property was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and we have been vacationing in this area every year for the last 45 years. There were so many pluses: the beds were amazingly comfortable, the sheets were excellent quality, and so were the towels. I can't say enough about the cleanliness; not just surface clean, but spotless. We've never stayed at a place that was so well stocked with everything from toilet paper to dishes to laundry pods to utensils; there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. We have stayed at a few places that said beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. were provided for use, and to be honest, they were usually on their last legs- rusted, torn, worn out- but not Amelia's; the beach chairs she had for us to use were the nicest we've ever had! And speaking of Amelia, the host, she could not have been more wonderful! After we arrived, we texted several times with questions, and she responded right away. We also had an issue that, from start to finish, was completely handled in two hours! A lot of hosts take that long to even answer a text, but not Amelia; she responded in less than 5 mins and handled everything with professionalism and genuine concern. Also, the pool was awesome! We had a fantastic time and look forward to staying here again! P.S. My daughter left her curling iron, and Amelia was kind enough to take the time and go to the trouble of shipping it back to her; most hosts wouldn't have done that.
