Our stay was flawless! Ingrid was the perfect host and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and lacked for nothing. We enjoyed the Southwest Harbor area with good restaurants and the perfect location for hiking the trains in the Park.Highly recommend.

Ingrid provided information about house and area as soon as I booked. House was exactly as listed. It was my husband and 2 adult sons with plenty of room. Location was convenient - Echo Lake and miniature golf a quick drive up the road. We would stay again!

The townhouse was just perfect for our family of three. Airy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a few days in Acadia. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have a good washer/dryer to clean our clothes after a day of rock climbing and hiking. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well-appointed. The host was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that we didn't like was in the bedroom with the two beds and there was I think a hot water heater in the closet and it made noise, but there was an AC unit in the room to drown out the sound.

A clean utilitarian townhouse, as advertised. Some observations: only one washcloth provided; pillows not comfortable; ice maker didn’t work and no ice cube trays provided; adjustment rod for blinds in upstairs bathroom missing; not enough soft surfaces to reduce echoing. The location was very convenient and quiet. Would consider this property for a future visit.

Stay at Flying Mountain

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Flying Mountain House. The house was very clean and well-equipped, and its location allowed us to walk to nearby restaurants. We all had a great time and appreciated our stay!
