Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
As a reminder, check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day that your booking ends. Before you leave, we request that you: • Empty and take out all garbage & recycling to outside receptacles.
• Please leave all sheets on the unmade beds but put all used towels in laundry baskets or in a pile on the floor. • Please wash any pots and pans and load & start the dishwasher normal wash cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No lobster cooking inside please. No bike storage inside.
A $75 pet fee per visit will be charged. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left unattended at the house.
Tenant agrees to the terms in the attached Rental Agreement. The CC used to book should be same as Tenant name.

We loved our stay in this peaceful secluded wooded lot. It felt remote, but was actually very close to grocery, restaurants, and popular hiking trails. Our border collie loved the stay too.

We were very pleased with our stay. Eric sent a confirmation with instructions and checked in again prior to our arrival. The location and home were lovely and in a beautiful setting. Everything was spotless, inviting, and located in a residential community, just minutes from everything. Based on the hiking, kayaking, and outdoor activities, we greatly appreciated having use of the washer and dryer. Everything was perfect!

This apartment is perfect for staying at while exploring Acadia National Park and the surrounding area! It was very clean, spacious, and in a quieter part of the area, which was great for relaxing at the end of the day.

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was fabulous. Eric was such a gracious host who made the check-in and check-out process so easy. The place is quiet, clean, spacious, and we were close to everything we wanted to do in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Eric even gave us some restaurant suggestions which we definitely tried and they did not disappoint. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Perfect Stay for the Acadia Birding Festival

Perfect location

This property was away from busy Bar Harbor, but close to Bass Harbor, Seal Harbor, and many other Acadia attractions. Great hiking trails are located close by, some in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our short stay here.

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay in South West Harbor was. The apartment is great! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Close enough to everything (Bar Harbor & Acadia), while also being tucked away in the woods. Great experience from start to finish.

Great location for a family

We stayed for four nights and the location was convenient to Southwest Harbor and a short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The kitchen was well equipped and was a perfect size for a family of four.
