Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en seulement 4 jours! Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la disponibilitĂ© de la propriĂ©taire. Le top est bien Ă©videment la plage au pied de l'immeuble et le centre avec le marchĂ© Ă  10 minutes a pied. L'appartement est calme et bien agencĂ© avec tout le nĂ©cessaire surtout en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Le seul point dĂ©licat est la salle de douche qui est trĂšs petite le WC Ă©tant collĂ© a la douche. Si vous n'ĂȘtes pas trĂšs regardant sur cela vous passerez un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement

Emplacement au top!!!

L'emplacement est parfait. Le logement basique, bien prĂ©voir le linge de lit, serviettes et chiffons car il n'y a rien. Il manque une petite bouilloire. Salle de bain minuscule. Beaucoup de patience nĂ©cessaire pour l'ouverture et fermeture de la porte d'entrĂ©e. Mais les petits bĂ©mols seront vite oubliĂ©s par la vue proposĂ©e. On y retournera peut ĂȘtre....

ProximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la mer . IdĂ©al un couple deux enfants . Un peu juste au delĂ  . La salle de bain est vraiment trĂšs petite . Les chiens sont acceptĂ©s, bonheur, mĂȘme si il est dommage que la plage juste en bas ne les accepte pas . Hors saison peu de commerce sont ouvert il faut vraiment un vĂ©hicule car peu de transport en commun . Top pour l’arrivĂ©e car clefs dans boĂźtier sĂ©curisĂ© donc pas de contrainte d’horaire.

Aufenthalt August 2022

Zentral gelegen. Strand nah und flach abfallend. Wasser sauber. Strand nicht bewirtschaftet. Sehr windig. Bummelzug in Innenstadt hĂ€lt direkt vor dem Haus. Im Juli und August kostenfrei. (Vorsicht , man wird abends von Passanten und Anwohnern nass gespritzt. ) Fisch fangfrisch gegenĂŒber. Gastronomie manchmal laut, wenig VerkehrslĂ€rm. Parkplatz direkt vor der TĂŒr. Kleiner Spar ca 1 km entfernt. Zum tgl. Markt in der Innenstadt kann man Bummelzug nutzen oder man findet auch ParkplĂ€tze, wenn man sich durch den Einbahnstrassenverkehr zurecht gefunden hat. :-) Zugang zur Wohnung mit Wendeltreppe im zweiten Stock. Ohne Handlauf. Mit leichter Gehbehinderung schwierig. KĂŒchenzubehör reichlich vorhanden, inkl Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, wenn auch nicht passend. Eher unĂŒbersichtlich. SpĂŒlmaschine defekt, Kontaktaufnahme direkt am ersten Tag ĂŒber Handy whatsapp, keine Reparatur erfolgt. Sehr Ă€rgerlich bei Familienaufenthalt, wenn man extra danach schaut. Auf dem Markt könne man GeschirrtĂŒcher besorgen. Geschirr und Besteck musste vor Gebrauch gespĂŒlt werden. Sehr wenig Stauraum, da der vorhandene Stauraum entweder mit VorhĂ€ngeschlössern verschlossen ist oder die spĂ€rlich vorhandenen SchrĂ€nke in den SchlafrĂ€umen fast komplett mit PrivatgebrauchsgegenstĂ€nden gefĂŒllt waren. Inklusive verschmutzter HandtĂŒcher! Eigene WĂ€sche , Kissen, Decken sind ratsam. Das Passwort fĂŒr Wlan musste erst erfragt werden. Sehr langsam. Zoommeeting nicht möglich. An- und Abreise erfolgten kontaktlos. Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten nicht vorhanden. Bad :Wc , Boiler, Dusche , Waschbecken in einem MinirĂ€umchen, DuschtĂŒre demontiert, dafĂŒr Klemmvorhang. Wasser sehr stark gechlort, haben zum ZĂ€hneputzen Wasser gekauft. TV vorhanden, Nur französischsprachige Programme. Keine Möglichkeit deutsche Nachrichten zu schauen. Staubsauger vorhanden, kaum Steckdosen. Unbedingt Adapter und fĂŒr Auflademöglichkeit Mehrfachstecker einpacken. Bei verpflichtender Endreinigung wĂ€re es wĂŒnschenswert, dass man bei Ankunft nicht zahlreiche Haare und Sand entfernen muss. Unangenehm war im Wohnbereich leider sehr hĂ€ufig Starker und ekliger Kanalisationsgeruch. Strand nicht fĂŒr Hunde, in der Wohnung aber alles inkl Liegekissen, wobei wir unsere Utensilien fĂŒr die Tiere dabei hatten, vorhanden! Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, ideal fĂŒr tolle AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Wenn nicht zu starker Wind, traumhafter Strand.
