70m² apartment, renovated in 2017, located at Place du Port-Vieux, 30m from the beach, on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with lift. The real plus is the private parking space in the basement of a residence located 50m away because it is impossible to park in the city center.
Everything can be done on foot: beaches, market, shopping, bars, restaurants, ...

This apartment, which has just been renovated, is composed of:

Appartement confortable idéalement situé

Vue sur mer et le rocher de la Vierge depuis la terrasse. Très bien situé, en plein centre et très proche des plages. Tout à fait conforme à la description Literie confortable Cuisine très bien équipée Salle de bain nickel Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et avons decouvert Biarritz avec beaucoup de plaisir

Très agréables vacances

L'appartement bien situé vous n’avez pas besoin de la voiture tout est accessible à pied mais il y a un prix à payer pour être au centre, le manque de calme… les nombreux bars/resto à côté ou en face de l’appartement ne vous permettent pas d’être au calme. Il y a un bruit permanent de la musique et les hurlements de jeunes à la fermetures de bars/resto qui trainent dans les rues. L’appartement n’est pas climatisé et ne dispose d’aucun ventilateur donc vous n’avez pas la possibilité de fermer les fenêtres pour dormir au calme et c’est à prendre en compte si vous voulez cous reposer un peu. L’appartement mérite d’être nettoyé en profondeur, beaucoup de poussière, toiles d’araignée, sable/cailloux, des miettes dans les placard et les tiroirs. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le canapé dans le salon car en l’ouvrant nous avons constaté que la literie était très sale, nous ne voulions pas prendre des risque et tomber sur les bestioles. La personne qui vous accueille demande l’heure de l’arrivée et de départ qui vous arrange mais c’est juste pour la forme car c’est elle qui décide et fait ce qui l’arrange elle, pour ne pas rater le train je lui ai demandé de venir 5 min plus tôt mais même ça elle ne l’a pas respecté. Elle vous prévient qu’à l’arrivée les lits ne seront pas faits… et avant de partir vous devez défaire les lits et tout regrouper avec les serviettes, torchons dans un seul endroit pour lui faciliter le ménage, et pourtant nous avons payé le forfait ménage. Le matériel de plage, vieillot ou abimé mais vous pouvez au moins vous servir d’un parasol. Pour résumer les points positifs : l’emplacement, les points négatifs : le bruit, la propreté et l’accueil

tres bon sejour

très bon séjour dans cette belle ville de Biarritz.cocktail mer soleil très agréable. appart très bien placé et équipé , conforme a la description.l'accueil facile et sympa par l hôtesse et le plus une vraie place de parking jouxtant l'appart.je recommande vivement le lieu.

Emplacement idéal

Grand appartement idéalement situé à port vieux, permettant de parcourir toute la ville à pied. Traversant, avec 2 balcons, très bien équipé, il offre en plus un garage, inestimable à Biarritz en été! Nous recommandons !
