As you enter the beachside condo, the open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining room and living space. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and rustic white cabinetry. A pass through to the dining room makes for serving delicious meals that much easier. A large wooden table can be found in the dining room, and comfortably seats six. Views of the ocean can be seen through the large windows while enjoying a family meal.

In the living room a plush couch and two chairs offer the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach. Amazing views of the beach can be found without leaving the comfort of the couch. A large flat-screen cable TV is also available to watch all your favorite shows. Directly off the living room is a large glass slider inviting you to the private balcony. There you will find seating for four to take in breathtaking sunrises and ocean breezes.

When ready to retire, there is ample room to easily sleep six. The master bedroom is host to a king size bed, large dresser, flat-screen TV and large windows facing the amazing Atlantic. The private master bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk in shower, granite countertop with vanity and large mirror.

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and trundle that pulls out to sleep two. This is the perfect set up for larger families. There is easy access to the guest bath which hosts a standard bathtub, glass enclosure and granite-top vanity.

Free WIFI, long distance, plush linens and beach towels are available for each guest's use.

The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
