This homey mountain condo is warm and inviting and is perfectly located one block from downtown. Vacationers can walk one block to town to enjoy unique shopping and fine dining. Walk a block in the other direction and you're at Snowflake Lift. Shuttle to other lifts or gondola to enjoy world class slopes.

There is an amazing view of Mt Baldy from the deck. The hot tubs and pool are kept pristine all year round (though sometimes closes during mud season...oct). There are two outdoor tubs and one indoor. Perfect fit for a couple or small family. Bedroom has king bed and big screen TV.

The living room has a comfy extendable couch with recliner, great for watching big screen TV or playing games. The unit also has a roll-away bed and mattress topper for pop-up couch extension. There’s also an extra queen size aero-bed. The wood-burning fire place keeps the rooms nice and warm (central heat as well). Winter in Breck is well-known for spectacular skiing but the summertime is unbeatable for family fun and gorgeous weather. Take a bike ride or hike on the paved or mountain trails and enjoy the many art fairs and festivals that are a part of almost every summer weekend.

Condo is well stocked with everything you need. Make your own family dinner in the full size kitchen and eat at the dining room table. There are plenty of games and movies for relaxing after a great day on the mountain. Walk across the street to Main Street Breckenridge for food, cocktails, coffee, shopping and nightlife.

Cozy Place to Stay in Breckenridge

It was the the perfect place for my wife and I to stay to explore Breckenridge and the surrounding area. The place was very clean and contained a lot of nice to have amenities...paper towels, soap, towels, etc. One of the best parts was that it was an easy walk to town for lunch and dinner to enjoy great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for cross country skiing and downtown

The hosts were great communicators and responded promptly. Nice fireplace. Well appointed kitchen including cocoa and tea and hand warmers!! Just a couple blocks from downtown. The hot tubs weren’t working which was a disappointment. The rest was great. Highly recommend

Fantastic

The location and how nice the property is made this a fantastic experience for us. You can literally ski down to the bus stop and you are back at the property after a short walk. It is close to the main street for dining and shopping. We would stay here for sure. Highly recommended. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Quaint Breckenridge Condo

This was a great location in Breckenridge; it was convenient to shopping on Main Street, local eateries and skiing. The condo is comfortable and stays warm; it was just the right size for the two of us. The one drawback to the Condo was lighting; it was dimly lit throughout. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Breckenridge.

Beautiful condo close to town

The condo is spacious and very clean. Anything you may need is there. I would suggest a box fan as it got a little warm in the bedroom. Nice shirt walk into town!

Fantastic summer getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Breck. Very convenient to public parking, gondolas and downtown. Kitchen had what we needed and the place is super cute. Judi was wonderful. She provided me with all of the necessary info including doctor's for my sick son! I definitely recommend this rental. Be sure to check out the Fairy Trail while you're there!

Can't beat the location

Cannot say enough how responsive the owner was. Second to none. Helped us check in early even though we asked last minute. Place is super comfortable and well appointed, perfect for recovering after long days on the slopes. It has all the equipment to be able to cook and eat in if you want. Could save A lot of money and time vs trying to fight the crowds downtown. But if you decide you do want to brave the crowds you're in walking distance of basically everything.

Great Stay! Extremely Comfortable, close to main street.

We stay over Thanksgiving weekend and found our new favorite place when we visit Breckenridge. Condo was as advertised and very clean with everything you could need. The bed is always a concern when staying for the first time and it seemed a little hard at first. But, then you sink into what I think is the memory foam mattress and had a wonderful three nights sleep. We walked to town everyday and usually twice a day as the condo is very close to main street. Look for the short cut to main street which is directly east of the condo and across the bridge to the river walk shopping area. This is much shorter than following the streets and shortens the mega hill back to the condo. Will definitely stay again, thank Judi!

Super cozy, comfortable and convenient to Main St

This might just be the perfect location in Breck. Away from the crowds and street noise on Main Street but easy walking distance. Bed was nice and comfortable. We really appreciated the humidifiers provided since we live at about 2 ft above sea level and are accustomed to the humidity that comes with our Florida climate. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided. And I loved the bath towels - very nice. Parking permit was located in the condo and we never had trouble finding a good spot outside near the stairs to the unit. Judi was very helpful and responsive when we had trouble finding the parking permits when we first arrived. We found it after we had checked out but were happy to find a recycling opportunity in the same place we took the trash. Just a word of warning - you need to be ready to carry your stuff up some stairs (10-15 split between 3 sets of stairs, I believe). I don't think there was an elevator. We really enjoyed the Hoss burger and fries at Canteen Tap House (easy walking distance to its N. Main St location). And we found lots to do at Epic Discovery (incl great alpine slide and coaster!) after taking the free gondola ride. I miss Breck already!! And I wouldn't hesitate booking this condo again.

Ideal location and nice amenities in cozy condo

We so enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo, as it is ideally located to restaurants, bus shuttles, hot tubs, Nordic center and ski slopes. The real fireplace is a big plus for ambiance and this well kept condo is stocked with kitchen, bathroom and linen supplies. It’s the small things in rentals that can make such a big difference. Wonderful instructions from the owner./host as the ease upon arrival and departure was helpful also.

Cozy Condo in Breck!

Enjoyed our stay here. Shuttle was right at the end of the parking lot on 4 O’clock Rd. Condo was cozy and comfortable. Some noise from upper apartment so good to bring white noise or earplugs. Host is helpful and responsive! Would stay here again!

Better than pictures

This condo is literally a 5 minute walk away from anything you need. It's at the bottom of the hill of where the gondola picks you up and if you don't want to walk up, there's a bus stop right there. The interior of the condo is better than the pictures. Very comfortable couch, tempurpedic mattress king size bed and just a very quaint and comfortable place.The unit comes with a parking spot which is clutch and access to the heated pools and 3 hot tubs which makes for a nice place to relax with others after a long day on the slopes. I've stayed at several types of VRBO's, but this one's accuracy was A.

The condo was great and in a great location. Clean, comfortable, super well-stocked. It was myself, husband, and 2 children. The sectional couch was plenty big enough for the 16 and 11 year olds to share. We spent 2 nights and would definitely stay again.

Cozy stay in Breckenridge

We loved our stay in this cozy condo! It was very conveniently located and walkable to downtown but, since it was a cold and windy weekend, we also loved staying in and relaxing near the fire. The condo was stocked with everything we might need and the heated pool and hot tub were a short walk away. Judi sent us very detailed and helpful tips about the house and things to do in Breckenridge and was very quick to respond if we had any questions. It felt like we were home. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Great place and location

Everything mentioned on the listing is true - great place, great location! Walking to town was great, especially given the busy week we went. Lots of traffic, and we could walk everywhere. Loved all 3 nordic centers (Breckenridge, Gold Run, and Frisco) for cross country skiing!! We did get told that they can't provide wood for the fireplace anymore. We bought it at the store and it worked great with paper to get it started. The property manager's paperwork sent a few days before was great to have!!

Breck is our Happy Place and hope to retire there someday. We love Colorado and our kids still live there. We bought this cute place about 18 years ago when we were stationed in Colorado Springs at Peterson AFB. Then we were sent to Hawaii where we now reside. My husband is a Veteran of 27 years and enjoys making beer and surfing. I work for Special Operations Command for the Pacific Region and love to play with fire and metalsmith in my workshop. We both grew up in Bakersfield, California and love the Broncos and anything University of Kansas! So if you’re OK with all that come visit Breck! Our place is sweet, happy, and homey. I will always work with you. ❤️

Because it’s a great location! If you don’t want to drive you can walk anywhere...to the slopes, downtown, catch the shuttle within a few steps and go!

What makes this property unique

When I think about Breck I think about a wood burning fire and making memories. W6 doesn’t feel like a hotel; I hope it feels homey and comfy. I love the hot tubs, year round Christmas tree, and that it has everything you might need.
