Walk to Downtown & Slopes - Cozy One-Bedroom Mountain Condo

This homey mountain condo is warm and inviting and is perfectly located one block from downtown. Vacationers can walk one block to town to enjoy unique shopping and fine dining. Walk a block in the other direction and you're at Snowflake Lift. Shuttle to other lifts or gondola to enjoy world class slopes.

There is an amazing view of Mt Baldy from the deck. The hot tubs and pool are kept pristine all year round (though sometimes closes during mud season...oct). There are two outdoor tubs and one indoor. Perfect fit for a couple or small family. Bedroom has king bed and big screen TV.

The living room has a comfy extendable couch with recliner, great for watching big screen TV or playing games. The unit also has a roll-away bed and mattress topper for pop-up couch extension. There’s also an extra queen size aero-bed. The wood-burning fire place keeps the rooms nice and warm (central heat as well). Winter in Breck is well-known for spectacular skiing but the summertime is unbeatable for family fun and gorgeous weather. Take a bike ride or hike on the paved or mountain trails and enjoy the many art fairs and festivals that are a part of almost every summer weekend.

Condo is well stocked with everything you need. Make your own family dinner in the full size kitchen and eat at the dining room table. There are plenty of games and movies for relaxing after a great day on the mountain. Walk across the street to Main Street Breckenridge for food, cocktails, coffee, shopping and nightlife.

Perfect condo in Breckenridge right next to town and the slopes. Well equipped and plenty of room for 3 of us. Host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Thanks Tim for the good review. I’m glad you liked the condo. The owners of the 3 condo buildings sharing the pool/hot tubs have absolutely no say in when the pool opens or closes. Most pools in Breck are usually closed all or part of mud season (April/May & Oct/Nov). They usually open again when the lifts do - mid to late Nov. This year things were even crazier with reservations and limited access due to COVID. That’s why you see lower rates during this time. My family was there in Oct. and really would have loved the hot tub but again, we have no control over it. Judi

This is our second time staying at this location. It is perfectly located to walk if you are hitting the slopes in the day and walk downtown at night. Very clean. Great place.

Cozy Place to Stay in Breckenridge

It was the the perfect place for my wife and I to stay to explore Breckenridge and the surrounding area. The place was very clean and contained a lot of nice to have amenities...paper towels, soap, towels, etc. One of the best parts was that it was an easy walk to town for lunch and dinner to enjoy great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Shuttle was right at the end of the parking lot on 4 O’clock Rd. Condo was cozy and comfortable. Some noise from upper apartment so good to bring white noise or earplugs. Host is helpful and responsive! Would stay here again!

Cozy condo!

This condo was perfect for our three night stay in Breckinridge. The location was ideal - a short walk to town and day hikes. It had everything we could possibly want, including the most comfortable bed ever! Check-in process was easy, and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Ideal location and nice amenities in cozy condo

We so enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo, as it is ideally located to restaurants, bus shuttles, hot tubs, Nordic center and ski slopes. The real fireplace is a big plus for ambiance and this well kept condo is stocked with kitchen, bathroom and linen supplies. It’s the small things in rentals that can make such a big difference. Wonderful instructions from the owner./host as the ease upon arrival and departure was helpful also.

Breck is our Happy Place and hope to retire there someday. We love Colorado and our kids still live there. We bought this cute place about 18 years ago when we were stationed in Colorado Springs at Peterson AFB. Then we were sent to Hawaii where we now reside. My husband is a Veteran of 27 years and enjoys making beer and surfing. I work for Special Operations Command for the Pacific Region and love to play with fire and metalsmith in my workshop. We both grew up in Bakersfield, California and love the Broncos and anything University of Kansas! So if you’re OK with all that come visit Breck! Our place is sweet, happy, and homey. I will always work with you. ❤️

Because it’s a great location! If you don’t want to drive you can walk anywhere...to the slopes, downtown, catch the shuttle within a few steps and go!

What makes this property unique

When I think about Breck I think about a wood burning fire and making memories. W6 doesn’t feel like a hotel; I hope it feels homey and comfy. I love the hot tubs, year round Christmas tree, and that it has everything you might need.
