Villa Savoy boasts direct Gulf access, spectacular sunsets, panoramic intersecting canal views, and a prime location in Cape Coral's boating paradise.

This tastefully furnished and decorated 1700 sq. ft. western-exposure villa offers a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms plus den, and three bathrooms, one with patio access.

Enjoy the best of outdoor living on the patio with dining for eight, separate sitting area, lounge chairs, grill, and heated pool and spa, all overlooking the wide canal. For the boating enthusiast, there is a large dock and boat lift. Other amenities include high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, beach cooler, beach towels, bicycles, kayaks and fishing equipment.

Villa Savoy is close to the Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, two full-service marinas with upscale restaurants and shops.Cape Coral beach and many other dining and shopping options, including groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc., are less than 3 miles away.

Please note that there is a 20% surcharge over Christmas and New Year.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

The pet fee is not included in the rate.

An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Great Savoy Stay

My wife and I want to experience life in Cape Coral during one of the hot times of the year. We were not disappointed. We were at Savoy for five weeks in August. We worked from there and we had some family come and visit. It was a wonderful stay. The pool was a must. The house had many pool towels and a wash machine. I would defiantly recommend this location. We rented a boat and were able to doc it easily.

Es hat alles, wie erwartet, gut geklappt. Vermieter (Engels & Völkers) ist eben ein echter Profi. Ausstattung: war alles da, incl. beach-supply, „fahrbarer“ Cooler, Fahrräder und Kajaks! Die neue Grillbürste und den beachumbrella haben wir Euch dagelassen… ;) Gerne wieder!!!

Nice Home in quiet area

Great location. Older home but clean, partially remodeled, well equipped and Very comfortable. A few items came up and property manager responded quickly to everything. Previous reviews claim no hot water in master bedroom, Not True. The master shower and faucets (and some others) are plumbed backwards. Hot water is Blue or to right, cold is red or to left. So, not a problem. This is the 3rd upscale home I’ve rented in Cape Coral and all were partially plumbed backwards as well. Some plumber over there is still laughing! Overall, would definitely return and again, great customer service
