A renovated Tudor style home in Hatton Fields area. The home is very convenient to grocery stores that include Lucky, BevMo, Safeway, CVS Pharmacy. Very close to Barnyard shopping center and Crossroads shopping center. Also extremely convenient to Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Mission and Carmel beach. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and room for parking up to 4 cars. Back deck and fire pit and bbq all available. No pets, parties or events. Security camera on outside of house.

We had a great time at this lovely home. Fantastic location. I would have given it 5 stars but none of the mirrors are hung in the bedrooms and the one in the downstairs bathroom was slanted as if it had come off the holder. Glassware needs an update also. Owner let us in two hours early which was very nice. The master bed was supper comfortable.

Perfect for two families

The house was a perfect layout for two families of young kids. Loved the location as well. Not far from the village and very close to Carmel Valley. Would definitely return!

Lovely home for couples trip

We had such a great weekend at the house. It has 4 large bedrooms that were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great to cook in with everything you’d need which was perfect for our group. We used the grill the first night and everything worked well. There is a great backyard with a fire pit and hiking trails within a 5 min walk. Overall highly recommend

Spacious Carmel Getaway

Pros: - nice spacious rooms - nice decor - good for large group - Fairly clean - nice landscape and fire pit - easy parking for 4 cars - spacious living areas - nice modern upgrades/remodel Not so Pro: - bbq grill doesn’t stay hot (used full propane tank) - Garbage disposal doesn’t work - Oven doesn’t work and shut properly - Upstairs middle bathroom sink backs up, doesn’t drain properly - Upstairs 1st bedroom: bed is too firm/hard - Upstairs 2nd bedroom: bed frame flimsy/sways; rough textured pillow cases - Extra pillows too flat Overall decent place if you’re not preparing meals in house. Great location in Carmel. Likely would come back if the “not so Pros” are addressed.

Easy to check in and close to the venue (our son got married). In checking out the rooms and yard, my son and I found condoms and other intimate products in the master bedroom nightstand, some leftover food and faulty lighting in one bedroom. Had a beautiful backyard.

Beautiful Carmel Cottage

The property was beautiful, clean, and situated ina quiet neighborhood with a secluded backyard perfect for a glass of wine in the evening and a warm coffee in the morning. Really loved the place and would recommend it!

A Wonderful Stay in a Bright and Comfortable Home

We loved our stay at this house. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the house is well-equipped and full of natural light, and the outdoor area made all the difference — allowing us to enjoy sunny moments outside as well. Everything was impeccable, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The only thing that could have made it absolutely perfect would be better sound insulation for the downstairs bedroom. We would definitely stay at this home again!

This was a gorgeous house. Super spacious with a great yard for our kids to play in. Excellent location in Carmel by the Sea. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds, super well appointed kitchen…Our two families had a lovely time and would love to return!

Great house for the family with the 4 rooms and 3.5 baths. Nice big kitchen. Close to town with $9 Uber rides in and out. Communication was great and very easy.

Beautiful House

The house was so pretty and rooms were spacious. The outdoor heater and patio were nice. We walked to the village which is pretty far but very doable if you enjoy walking. Nice stay and super comfortable mattress upstairs master! Love Carmel!
