Nice older home with new upgrades, screened in porch, large deck, parking, walking distance to downtown Mooresville. Very comfortable and charming. Cable tv and wifi. With hardwire internet connection. This home is for guests only. When you book this it is only for your use during your stay.

Great location to visit the race shops!

The owner was very responsive and the house was located very conveniently to the Nascar race shops and easy to get around. We enjoyed the downtown Mooresville area as well.

Lovely weekend

We were in the area for a wedding. The house was convenient to downtown and the wedding venue. The owners were very nice and attentive. We really enjoyed the yard and outdoor amenities.

Poor communication!!!

No exit strategy. I didn't want to leave the house unlocked but was called crazy when I left the key in the house, with the door locked. Bryan is a very rude person with poor communication skills. Never again...😔

Not what I expected

Some modern updates, but just put over years of decay. Windows moldy and painted shut which worried me since there were no smoke detectors and the electric was sketchy. Bathroom was done over nicely , except the tub faucets which were stuck on shower. Bathroom window did open a couple of inches, but it was disgusting. One of the bedroons used to be a livingroom, so no door just curtins for privacy. The kitchen was nice and big as was the dining room,which was what I was looking for. The owner seemed like a really nice guy and very accommodating, which maked me wonder since he lives next door why the house , deck, and yard are not in better s hape. Just a little disappointed as I have paid less and gotten alot more house and in much better shape.

Lovely and low key. Was very close to Carrigan Farms where we went to a wedding. Very active bird life in the backyard and we spent a lot of time bird watching from the screened in porch!
