This home offers a heated screened pool keeping pesky bugs away and elevator. The main floor is open concept perfect for large families or groups to enjoy and socialize. Rear yard has BBQ, and firepit and is fully fenced. 6 Person Golf Cart available with restrictions.. Dill Dinkers indoor pickleball close by.

Golf cart rental requires a valid drivers license, current drivers insurance policy and driver to be 25 years old. Release of liability must be signed by drivers.


Ground Level:

Starting on the Ground Level the house has a large garage under the house which can hold 2 cars. We have two beach wagons, 2 coolers on wheels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The heated pool is located toward the rear and is screened to allow bug free use and enjoyment. Heat is included at no additional cost. The rear yard has a 5 person spa, a charcoal grill and a firepit, Wood, charcoal and lighter fluid is in the garage. The rear yard is fully fenced. A outdoor shower is available for use. The elevator runs from the ground level to each floor.

First Floor:

Features a large bedroom in the front of the house with direct access to full bathroom. Bedroom has a queen bed.
The great room includes a large spacious kitchen with expansive island with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes dishes, utensil`s, pots, pans, blender, crock pot, waffle grill and a variety of cooking spices. A large dining room table with seating for 10. The living room area has a large couch, loveseat and a queen sofa bed. around the TV.

The living room, Dining area and Kitchen form a large great room, a perfect area to gather. The room has 12 foot sliders which can be opened for indoor outdoor living. The view of trees and nature is very relaxing.

The 2nd Floor features the master bedroom with King Bed, The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, frameless glass shower door, Double vanity.

Two additional bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with queen beds. One bedroom has direct access to full hallway bathroom.

A full size laundry room is off the hallway.

The top floor features a large bedroom with two queen beds with direct access to hallway full bathrooom.

At the end of the hall is a large room used as the 6th bedroom, We have a TV, Video game with two stools, and two bunk beds. each section has 3 beds.
Each bunk bed has two full beds and one twin beds. We have a total of 4 full beds and 2 twin beds.

Families traveling with little ones will find their needs catered to with care and attention. We offer a crib and a pack and play, as well as a high chair, to ensure the youngest members of your family are safe and content throughout your stay.

Hilton Head Island has many bike rentals that will deliver bikes to the house.

We offer guests use of 6-passenger electric golf cart.
Golf carts can be parked at the beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants and grocery stores.
Golf cart rental requires: Valid drivers license, valid auto insurance, driver must be 21 years old or older.
A waiver of liability must be signed at time of rental. (use at your own risk) Must have valid DL and insurnace.

Their are a limited number of roads that can be driven on with Golf Cart. Map will be provided.
